I want to emphasize that this is the third time I have purchased a bag from BFA. I have always been satisfied with the quality of your products, which is exactly why I chose to shop with you again. However, my recent shopping experience has been extremely disappointing. When I unboxed the bag and prepared to use it today, I noticed obvious open seams (stitching defects) and visible tears/damage on the material. It is clear that the bag left the factory or warehouse in a defective condition. What frustrates me the most is the apparent lack of quality control. I believe it is essential to carefully inspect products for defects before shipping them out to customers. To make matters worse, I purchased this bag online during my short trip to London. Unfortunately, I have already left the UK and returned to my home country. This means I am physically unable to return the item to a local store or send it back via a local postal service. This situation has left me deeply disappointed.
