Bis Anfang 2026 eigentlich eine zuverlässige Quelle für alle Rahmenbauteile. Bei der letzten Bestellung wurden allerdings falsche Teile geliefert und 2 Kettenstreben gleich gar nicht. Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung per Mail und vergeblicher Telefonanrufe kommt hier keine Rückmeldung. Finger Weg von diesem Shop!
Habe eine Bestellung abgegeben und bezahlt. Direkt danach kam die Bestellungsbestätigung. Erhalte keine Versandnummer und schreibe der Info@ Mail Adresse wegen der Bestellung. 2 Woche später schriebe ich nochmal. Nach drei Wochen habe ich das Geld via PayPal zurück gefordert und auch bekommen. Ich kann nicht sagen was hinter den Kulissen bei Buildyour.bike los ist, aber ich rate wegen den schlechten Erfahrungen davon ab dort zu bestellen.
