No response for missing parts
And the saga continues- now over two weeks since I have received any communication apparently the part is being sent to me….. beginning to feel it’s unlikely this build will ever get finished and it’s all been a massive waste of time and money….. REALLY REALLY THINK HARD BEFORE GIVING THIS COMPANY TOUR HARD EARNED MONEY
Another week has passed and still no reply or piece - getting beyond a joke now
Sent another email as requested by the reply from mini bricks….. still nothing no acknowledgment not even an automated or bot reply
So I had a response from a bot….. ensuring me I’d have someone contact me to sort the issue……. I’m still waiting
It seems the service is extremely poor if you have any issues …… would really think hard before purchasing a kit you may never get to finish
Have filled in 2 forms regarding a missing bit and have had no response at all, it’s been a week since I first made contact
Really not good enough and the piece is critical in being able to finish the car I’m building

We received this as a Christmas gift, and when my child started building it, we discovered that a piece in the middle of the set was missing. We immediately submitted a request to have the missing part sent to us.
Unfortunately, it has now been well over two months and nothing has happened. We have contacted customer service multiple times, but the case still seems to be “under review” with no real progress or solution.
It’s very frustrating, especially when this was a gift and my child has been waiting for such a long time to finish building it.
I expected a much quicker and smoother resolution to such a simple issue.

Terrible customer service
I placed my order on 7th February and it still has not arrived. After chasing them multiple times, they first gave me a completely wrong tracking number. When I pointed that out, they sent a new tracking number — which also doesn’t work and appears to be incorrect.
It feels like I’m just being fobbed off with random information rather than anyone actually trying to resolve the issue. Despite all the delays and confusion, they have made no effort to expedite shipping and have not offered a refund.
The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer service is shocking. I’ve paid for something I haven’t received, and instead of fixing it, they’re ignoring the problem.
I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect it to be handled properly.

In November 2025, I ordered a building set as a Christmas present. Minibricks sent a set WITHOUT building instructions. It took them weeks to respond to my questions. Therefore, the present was useless as Christmas present.
Since Minibricks was making multiple mistakes, I wanted to return the set with a free return label. They keep on ignoring my e-mails and don't want to supply me the free return label.
Don't buy from Minibricks, because you will be disappointed!
