The service and product were good but carriage very expensive.
The service was good and the product and delivery were excellent but the cost of carriage meant that despite the small size of the product (a lump hammer) it cost almost as much as the product. Your carrier obviously goes by weight not size.

When the jacket I ordered didn’t arrive when expected I phoned customer service who were really helpful. On checking up it was discovered that the parcel was lost or gone astray. Another jacket was immediately dispatched and we received it the following day. Very impressed, thank you
