We ordered 4 mm Marcello White Oak flooring, had a small issue with shade, but the company was so helpful, gracious and professional to work out a deal. We still like the flooring even though it has slightly darker shade. Mila Quinn and Armando Campos were so helpful and professional. Thank you very much.

I order Spice engineered wood and advised customer service I was new to GA and given a great discount as a new homeowner. I did need more wood flooring in the future and purchase additional material. The company gives customers 30 days to check and return the product if it is wrong. I did not check to see if the order was correct, when I did open the boxes, it was the spice wood but a shade off. I notified customer service and contacted Justine Rudolph she was professional, courteous, and helpful in every way. The company and Justine did the best they could to help me out, I was advised the product has been discontinued at no fault to them. So, thank you Justine for your help even though I did not resolve my issues.

My original flooring got lost due to a warehouse change and was out of stock. Cue the nightmare music...BUT! Then Anastasiia in the Customer Success Team stepped in and not only found similar hardwood in the same colors, she overnighted samples to work in our tight turnaround. I found flooring I love even more than the original and Anastasiia then worked out delivery with logistics to get my flooring out the next day. (The installer was booked out and if we missed our delivery window/time for the wood to acclimate he wouldn't have been able to install for a few months, setting our build back AGAIN.) Anastasiia saved the day and because of her assistance, I'll forever recommend BuildDirect. (The floors are beautiful too!) My GC commented on the quality and great look of the hardwoods, which was the icing on the cake. The customer service didn't end there--Anastasiia followed the delivery and checked in after the floors made it to the site. Thank you, Anastasiia!

Received the floor in one shipment. Transaction was easy and floor arrived on time the maple is beautiful and the color tones are very nice. Would recommend.

This company carries some unique wood flooring materials I cannot purchase at local flooring stores near my home. After making a purchase of flooring materials (shipped to my home in Las Vegas, NV), I made an unannounced visit to BuildDirect.com's office in Vancouver. I was greeted by Anastasiia who had been working diligently on completing the order. Despite the sudden visit, the company's staff members were all very friendly and professional. I can attest to this company's great products backed by great people. Thank you!

Customer service is truly exceptional. I unfortunately received not only a shortage of my product, but also a product that didn’t match up to the description of what I ordered. I called customer service from the loading dock of receiving my product and Armando Campos has followed up with me PROMPTLY every step of the way since then. He helped me to return my product and ensure that my replacement product would be exactly what I was looking for.
While it was frustrating to not receive my product correctly the first time, Armando made the process as hassle free as possible!

I love the tiles I ordered for my deck! They make a huge difference. I had to order 2 additional boxes to finish, and I received these VERY quickly.

This is my third time ordering from Build Direct. As always, my account manager, Mila, was super helpful in keeping me in the loop on my order and searching down vinyl that was almost out of stock. She called several locations to make sure the vinyl would match my previous order and fit together before allowing me to order something that might not work. Several boxes were damaged in the shipping process and Armando made the return/refund process so simple. He was understanding, courteous, and speedy. In the past year across 5 projects and had our first product problem. This company does not honor their warranties (or will work overtime to void them). You cannot install their products in a room that goes over 80 degrees. The product is not suitable for most of the US. In this case it was the 7 mm verdura Himalaya LVP. You find out which companies are good when things go wrong. Build direct was a dismal failure.

We have had this simple installation reviewed by several licensed and bonded flooring installation companies. They all concur. It’s the product. Even in open areas that had plenty of expansion and contraction joint space performed the same way.

You don’t track your lots, you don’t track your defects and seem to be building a reputation as a bad player at Build Direct.

Customer service with this company is fantastic! Special thanks to Mila and Armando for making our experience purchasing flooring online so easy! I am so in love with our new flooring. If you're on the fence about this one - Buy It!! You will love it. Turned out better then I thought. Easy to install, amazing customer service, and delivery was a painless. Build direct came highly recommended to us and I am so happy we went with them. Couldn't be happier!

The customer service is great at this company. Mila is the person I worked with and she was very helpful, informative, and made the process easier. It is nerve racking trying to decide what flooring to buy from a company online! However, they offer much more information on the products than my local flooring store. Mila helped me learn details that were important in evaluating the quality of the product. When I asked for this information at my local store I got an evasive non-answer. The other great thing is the pricing! It cannot be beat. This is the third time I order flooring from this Builddirect and I have not been disappointed so far. I hope to post a picture when my project is completed.

I have had nothing but professional positive experiences with BuildDirect. My account manager is Mila Quinn. My samples were sent through FedEX next day delivery. That folks is service! They followed up by calling me within 2 weeks to see if I had any questions. When I placed my order, Mila made sure I ordered the right amount and gave me timely tracking to make sure everything was ready for our project. This is heads and shoulders above any experience I've had with hardwood floor stores and distributors.

This was the first time I ordered from Build Direct. I initially ordered sample laminate flooring to help us to decide on the color and to get an idea on the quality of the flooring. We were very pleased when the samples arrived.
We also received a follow-up call from Banjo to ask if we received them. He was a delightful customer service representative. So helpful and such a jovial person to talk to. He was not an overbearing, pushy salesperson either. He simply offered his assistance.
After we made our decision on the flooring, Banjo helped us to place the order, answered all our questions and offered sound advice.
The flooring was shipped via FedEx freight and arrived on schedule. We opted to pick it up to save on shipping costs. When we inspected the order, we noticed that some of the boxes were damaged along with the flooring.
That is when I called Build Direct and had the pleasure of speaking to Jon Baker. Mr. Baker was the icing on the cake. He immediately put us at ease by clearly and professionally explaining the next steps to take and in an apologetic manner for the misfortune. His demeanor put our concerns to rest and we immediately knew that everything would be taken care of.
When we arrived home, we took more pictures of the damaged flooring, and emailed them to Jon. He was prompt & thorough with his communications and took the time to follow-up on his email correspondence. Fortunately, by doing so, I discovered his emails had gone into my spam folder. If he hadn't done so, things could have been delayed.
Currently, we are awaiting the replacement flooring. Our contractor had no problems installing the good flooring today. They look beautiful. We are excited and look forward to enjoying them when the work is completed.
