All came healthy and have grown amazing been brilliant to watch

A great experience using this company for the first time. Ordered Alpine Newt Eggs and they arrived within 72hrs. Really good hatch rate and the larvae are thriving.

So upsetting I was scammed by this company DO NOT order anything. I have reported this to trading standards, please do the same if you have been scammed.

Despite having a thicket of Buddleias we did not have many butterflies, so ordered some from this company.Very happy. We have had eggs and pupae.The eggs went in the fridge until they started to hatch and the pupae are in a butterfly cage 'up the garden'in a sheltered spot.The caterpillars are chomping away at the nettles and doing a grand job.Will definitely be getting more. Really impressed with our experience. My partner got me the tiger moth eggs for my birthday and it's been an absolute joy to witness these guys hatch. He bought me ten eggs but there was more like 16-18 and they all hatched. It's fascinating watching them grow and we've already placed a second order. We contacted customer service as well as we were concerned about how the babies were getting on and they've been so helpful - big shout out to Andrew for being so helpful!

Just received my moth eggs, carefully packaged and supported by an online care guide as well as the possibility to get help from the vendor directly. I highly recommend getting in touch with them if there are any questions or concerns, as they've always been very helpful.

The Garden Tiger Moth eggs were fine – about 80% hatching. All bar one of the 1st instar larvae are hibernating, Therefore I am pleased with my first experience with your company.

Experienced and caring source. My beasts were sent appropriately, just before emergence, surviving very well to date. Highly recommended.

My puss moth eggs arrived promptly and well packaged, put them into a bigger container as usual waiting for hatching, it takes a while, 2 weeks but the little black tails are now chomping on some willow. Can't fault the guys, eay ordering, secure payment and secure and quick delivery.

My tiger moth eggs arrived sooner than expected as it states spring/summer, they are now in a separate container awaiting hatching.

Slight panic when they the puss moths hatched as food stuff was not in the house.

Caterpillars are seasonal, if your order expect to wait a while to get the eggs (especially) for native or non native species they have breeding season so prepare to wait a while.

The negative commentets have clearly not read or understood the seasonal information on the website.

Also know what your getting, prepare early and read up on foodstuff and specific requirements for your species etc as this is usually what kills them.

Also you can't blame the guys for postal issues with royal mail.

Very swift fulfilment of my order with regular updates on delivery status. One batch of ova did not succeed in a reasonable time and were replaced immediately and without question.
The service has been far superior to the well known firm that I have used previously.

This is a great company which really goes the extra mile. I love that they followed up to check how my caterpillar eggs were getting on, and when I had a question about food plants the reply was so helpful. Highly recommend.

Always great service, be sure to read the care guides and only order bugs from the "currently available" section if you're not looking to pre order

Great communication and would recommend! My cocoons were posted on time and I'm very happy with the service! I found their website very easy to navigate, I mean if you want your cocoons to come on time, just check the availability of them on the website and/or email them a question! :)

Terrible company, ignores you and ignores refund requests. Had to dispute through my bank to get the money back. Ordered in December, emailed multiple times 1 auto reply then radio silence. Don't order from them.

The people who run this company are either utterly inept or criminal scammers. Don't trust them. I've ordered from them 3 times over a period of years, and will never do so again. They claim items are in stock but fail to send them. They claim to have posted items but tracking info proves that Royal Mail never receives them. They never respond to emails, and they don't have a phone number or address on their website. Avoid this company like the plague!

Just got a refund said I would have waited if they told me when I could expect eggs .

I would have given zero £50 voucher - not delivery on order no communication just an excuse of being poorly and a delivery had been dispatched - still no product arrived I’m still waiting

This was our second order from B&B and just as before, fantastic service! Our eyed hawk moth eggs were delivered carefully packaged, exactly when the website said they would be. We ordered these at the end of February with the site stating delivery Spring 2026 and sure enough, a few days after the first day of spring we had a dispatch email and they arrived.

All 20 eggs have now hatched and are happily feeding on the advised food plant, Willow.

I have recommended B&B to a close friend who has since ordered, and will also be ordering in the near future for some eggs/caterpillars for our daughter’s school summer project.
