Zero customer service
Seller sent a product specifically to fit my vehicle but it didn't, way too wide. Seller refused to accept a return, even with myself offering to pay postage.

Do not purchase camper-van screens from this company!
I purchased both a side & rear ‘Bug Mesh Magnetic Fly Screen door‘ listed specifically for a Hyundai Iload camper-van. When I received the screens, they were clearly a generic product, not made for a specific vehicle fit. I was also not happy with the Velcro stick-on fastener attachment system provided, I mistakenly thought the screens would attach to my van with magnets. I emailed Colin Chapman at Bug Mesh Screens Oz, asking to return the screens for a refund. He told me I could buy my own magnets at Bunnings & attach, if I wasn’t happy with the Velcro. I emailed again twice, asking to return the screens for a refund & Colin has ignored me to date. Shoddy product, overpriced for what it is & terrible customer service.
