Highly recommended - great service
After reading a number of positive reviews, we brought in our much loved Bugaboo Cameleon 3 (separate frame, carry-cot and foot muff) and Maxi Cosi Cabriofix car seat for a full service and deep clean in readiness for baby number three. Was genuinely impressed at the finished job - not only were both our Bugaboo and car seat returned to a near immaculate condition, but fully assembled in readiness for our new-born, including polished frame and plastic covering for handover. Would definitely recommend Aziz, James and the team.

Postage was ridiculously expensive and was only tracked on leaving shop and arriving with me, no postal tracking between for the two place which I would expect full tracking information for the price I paid

Thank for your review we used the Royal mail 1st class tracking service, but they don't provide that service, and £7.50 from London Inverness for a large parcel is not excessive.

The item never arrived. I sent an email asking when to expect and they replied asking when I needed it and then nothing….. going on holiday without the part that I actually need!
Update:
The item did arrive in time and yes they did need to wait for DPD to get back to them but I think an email in the meantime for peace of mind would have gone a long way.

Hi Charlene, after you had notified us the parcel was not delivered we passed this onto DPD, we had then had to wait for DPD to confirm the parcel had been lost so we were able to process a claim, Once this claim could be made were then able issue a replacement to be sent out and we can confirm the parcel was delivered on the 28.04.23 before your holiday, if there is anything else we can do please let us know.

Great experience from start to finish. Easy to book the tune up event via eventbrite & the staff were so friendly & professional. It’s unbelievable to think my buggy just got a free service with free replacement parts! Would absolutely recommend.
