Absolutely shocking that we order food for delivery and half if it arrives and there Is no option to contact them to send the balance, when we finally got refunded we had to place a order for more than what was not delivered just to get them to deliver again.. Never will we be eating from Buger King Irvine again..
Burger Kings app is horrible. I was trying to place and order and it sent it to the wrong BK. And I could not cancel the order. The app virtual assistant is useless and I kept getting a message saying their were no live agents.

placed my order on their app and paid for it on the app which took my money instantly went to collect only to told by the restaurant had a computer issue and could not receive app order so had to reorder at the window and pay again they said the app would refund (£8.50) within 24 hours which it never did called customer waste of time said could have collected it and trying to scam them
