The black mouse pads are an improvement…
The black mouse pads are an improvement over the white colored glue pads. I've seen mice avoid the white pads. You can't see the black pads in the dark. I also received prompt shipping of the two cases I ordered.

Very pleased with this company

My product was not sealed corrected and…
My product was not sealed corrected and the solution was poured out in the package. I emailed the customer response email provided requesting either a replacement or a refund with photos attached, but I never received a response. I spent almost $50 on two bottles and neither were sealed properly, while one bottle also had the lid unscrewed.
