They are too slow for something that should be fast, never reply, AWFUL UX (where you can't even have the messages ordered). Nobody help, they copy-paste prepared answers instead of reading your issue

Brilliant service that solved all my problems! As an expat I left Germany abruptly before covid and had to close my registration, health insurance, Deutschlandradio from outside Germany. And this service really saved my life! I used deregistration service and also health insurance termination service. The staff was very polite, quick to response and quick to take action. For Deutschlandradio they even sent second letter after Deutschlandradio was silent for a few months. And after that radio replied. Brilliant job! Big thanks to everyone working in Amtio. I would say this is the best service in Germany
