Vehicle Taken Without Notification
One of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with a vehicle recovery company.
My vehicle was removed and I was given absolutely no notification, no phone call, no email, no text message and no letter informing me that it had been taken or where it had been taken to. I was left to discover this entirely by myself after days of searching and contacting multiple organisations.
During this time, storage charges continued to increase while I had no idea where my vehicle was. The stress and anxiety this caused were completely unnecessary. As the registered keeper, I would have expected at least some form of communication to inform me that my vehicle had been recovered and where it was being stored.
I have still been seeking clarification regarding who authorised the recovery and what steps were taken to notify me. The lack of transparency and communication has been deeply disappointing.
A simple phone call, email or letter could have prevented a huge amount of confusion and distress. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and would not recommend them to others.

I broke down on Friday night on a dual…
I broke down on Friday night on a dual carriage way and the police arranged a tow for me. Bud came and took my vehicle and I to the hotel I was staying at that night. Tesla then needed to arrange a tow from the hotel to a service centre, but they were not able to find anyone or organise it as they said the car park was too difficult to access. I called Bud to ask if they were able to assist and they were able to support within an hour. After a huge headache with Tesla, bud really saved the day. Emma was fantastic to communicate with and so helpful. They were a shining light during a very stressful situation! Thank you all.
Last night my car broke down on the…
Last night my car broke down on the motorway. I made a call to call centre and I gave the address to where I was being towed to. By the time i arrived at the services station Ray from bud rescue was there waiting. I told him the problem and he took my wheel off and checked everything. He found that my electronic hand break wasn't releasing to well. He managed to lubricate it enough for it to release and I got home. Thank you so much Ray I appreciate your time and work. Especially as it was dark and cold. Thanks again. Garry

My car had a flat battery at 2am. Ford Assist contacted Bud to attend my home and get car started. Received an initial call from Bud to give me an ETA of the mechanic and number of jobs he had before getting to me. Short while later received a further call updating me and reducing the time to get to me. Kieran attended, was able to unlock car and get car started using charger pack. Ensured all was ok, prior to leaving gave advice on time to run car to put charge back into battery.
Excellent service, would happily use them again and recommend them to others.
Not good
Not good. Had to wait 5 hours to be recovered. Sent a pin of my location and 1st driver was looking in the wrong place. I had to use the sos phone to get them to find out what was going on and got told they be there within half a hour which turned out to be longer than 1.5 hours. On the positive side when the man got here, was very professional and polite
My car broke down after a night out
My car broke down after a night out. I got in touch with my AA through my bank. I rang at 12 o’clock midnight and Bud rescue recovery arrived in less than 30 mins. I had a lovely kind man that tried to start my car. Unfortunately it wasn’t able to start due to there is a serious problem with car. Tyler put the car on the recovery truck and took me home. He was very understanding and made me feel at ease. Thanks to Tyler I managed to get home safe and it was was so quick getting me home. I thank Tyler as I didn’t like being stranded At night.
Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. I was left waiting for 7 hours for recovery with virtually no communication or urgency shown at all.
I rang the company three separate times asking for an update. Twice I was given the exact same excuse that the driver was “unloading a vehicle.” After hours of waiting, that excuse starts to sound more like a script than the truth.
At another point I was told the driver was on a taco break, which felt incredibly unprofessional when I’d already been stranded for hours.
Honestly, if waiting half a day while hearing the same excuse over and over again is the level of service they aim for, then they’re absolutely nailing it.
Being left stuck for hours with repeated excuses, no real updates, and no sense of urgency is unacceptable for a recovery service. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you actually need help in a reasonable time.
Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. Staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. I was initially quoted £360 to collect my vehicle, but later informed of an additional £30 daily storage fee that I was not told about during the first call. After pointing this out and mentioning I had call recordings, the fee was reverted to £360 and I was granted 48 hours to collect the vehicle. Communication was inconsistent, confusing and the overall customer service was poor. I would not recommend this company.
I cannot get the car back
I cannot get the car back - I was told it would be taken to the Garage on the Friday - then they arrived so late they said it would be dropped off next day (sat - annoying because my shopping and gym kit was in car)
Saturday arrives - and the office said I was misinformed - they don't deliver Saturday - so it would be Monday.
Monday arrives and its going to be Tuesday - but don't worry is on the list to be out first thing. Tuesday arrives - and they are "hoping" to get it out today. so STILL waiting. Now told I was low priority, its now going to be Wednesday

Broken down, two kids in the car on a Friday night who were both meant to be at a football training and spoke with one of your guys Cameron. I had to leave the vehicle and come home as the AA had passed the job around. Cameron called because obviously had arrived at the car and I wasn’t there. I just wanted to say being broken down is really crap and Cameron was really great. Gave me some really good advice about my car and what to do. He has saved me a whole heap of trouble and I am a believer that good feedback is as important as bad feedback. Thank you I will definitely keep you guys in mind for any recommendations for recovery!!

My Car was completely dead and parked on a gated driveway. Vytautas was amazing, he effortlessly manoeuvred the lorry onto the drive and lifted my car. The service was amazing. Would definitely highly recommend.
Great recovery firm
I am writing to express my sincere thanks to your company for getting me and my car home to Oxfordshire from Westfield Shopping centre yesterday morning.
I had had a torrid time over two days with the RAC trying and failing to get the car out of the car park because of the low height clearance.
On Friday despite me stressing the clearance being only 2.1 m another firm arrived with a large lorry which clearly wouldn’t fit and went away again. I sat there all day and finally gave up and checked in to a hotel. To be fair RAC covered the cost but I had had a very frustrating day. I am in my seventies and have heart trouble so I didn’t want a day like that again.
The next day dawned with James ( sorry if I got the name wrong ) cheerfully telling me he was on his way and ten minutes later we were able to leave on the back of his 4x4. He was extremely helpful and polite and I felt like a great weight had been lifted. Within minutes Martin turned up outside the car park with his large lorry and the two of them loaded the car.
After that we had a very pleasant journey to where the car was going to be stored until I can get it fixed or scrapped !
Could you pass on my sincere thanks to both of the guys who helped me.
