Please refund back my money. It’s been over months.

The trustpilot website links to budgetpoint.co.uk but the budget point online is budgetpoint.uk which is questionable, none of their telephone numbers are active and the number on their website isn't even a real number.
I ordered a very expensive item on the 10th, they asked for more personal information a few days later, and then about a week later they contacted me and said the item was out of stock and they were issuing a refund. 5 working days have passed and no refund has been issued. I suspect that this is a fraudulent website, and would currently advise not to use the service. I'm going to wait another 24 hours before reporting to my bank.

I ordered the X100V digital camera from this website, and it was delivered the next day. Customer service was great too. Very good experience overall.

I bought Bugatti kettle and so happy with my purchase. Prices are really good on budgetpoint.

Bought something a week ago. No update, no nothing, no contact, no responses. Appealed to paypal, then a refund was given.

Waste of time.

I didn't request a cancellation. Since you have no customer services I had to go through PayPal to wonder what was going on. I suspect you are advertising products to sell that you don't have.

Item was very poorly packaged and badly damaged on delivery. Nobody answers the customer service phone number. Frustrating and disappointing experience.

Great product although not used it yet and a great price. Speedy delivery and good update with delivery. Would have given 5 stars but came badly packaged in just brown paper with a bit of plastic round it with no box and the item itself on show so had a few scuff marks from delivery which it will get in use anyway

Super product and service

Fast delivery, I ordered on Monday, I got the parcel on Wednesday

I bought a Microwave Oven and it arrived about 3 days later, it was the best price i could find on the web. User friendly ordering and very swift delivery via Royal Mail. The only issue I had was the failure to update the order tracking information. Would definitely buy some more goods from Budgetpoint.
