My booking date changed when I got to…
My booking date changed when I got to payment and I didn't realise that had happened and I wasn't given an option to change my flight date or a refund. I was very disappointed. How greedy can we get just unbelievable.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with BudgetAir.
I carefully selected my flights on the website and completed the payment, but the ticket I received was for a completely different itinerary. As I was travelling with my 4-year-old child, I would never have intentionally chosen those flights.
I contacted BudgetAir immediately after receiving the booking confirmation because I noticed the error straight away. Unfortunately, it was extremely difficult to get a response from customer support, and my repeated attempts to resolve the issue were not handled promptly. The delay meant that more than 24 hours passed before I received a meaningful response, which may have affected my ability to obtain a full refund.
BudgetAir later informed me that their investigation found no issue with their website, but they did not provide any evidence to support this conclusion. During one of my conversations with their staff, the representative was initially unable to locate the flight I had originally selected in their system and had to manually enter the flight details before finding it. This raised serious concerns for me about the reliability of their booking system.
I also contacted Qantas, who advised that the booking had not been ticketed, payment had not been received by them, and the itinerary had been cancelled. Despite this, BudgetAir has not provided a clear explanation of the refund I can expect or why I should bear the consequences of an issue that I reported immediately.
Overall, I found the customer service slow, unhelpful, and frustrating. I expected BudgetAir to investigate the issue thoroughly and work towards a fair resolution, but instead I was left chasing updates and still do not have a satisfactory outcome. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about booking through BudgetAir again.
