Very poor result from what i thought was a 'free' (as stated) trial. Food was greasy, packaging all plastic and didn't deliver for weeks.
They automatically take a payment and don't make it obvious that they are going to.
They make it very difficult to unsubscribe, if you struggle with websites, this one is particularly sneaky.

I came across Buddy & Lola when my Cavapoo, Teddy had a particularly bad bout of tummy upset that lasted almost a week. I did take him to the vet, but supplemented with the Buddy & Lola chews. He got better after a few days. After a few weeks, I noticed his poo got better that it has done for a long time.

Then recently, he must have scavenged something in the garden and had an upset tummy again. One dose of Super Tummy, some chicken and rice and his daily probiotic chew later, he was back to normal.

I am usually cynical about probiotic claims etc, but Buddy & Lola is the real deal. I honestly think they are good for Teddy’s gut health. They didn’t even ask for a review in their marketing sequence. I love their products so much, I looked them up to leave a review. That says a lot about their products.

We use two of buddy & Lola products. Both dogs have peaceful pooch and super yummy daily chews. They each get them in the morning and both love them. Trinny suffers from a lot of allergies and a sensitive stomach so the pro & prebiotics in the super yummy chews are great for her. Both dogs can get over excited or anxious so they both get a peaceful pooch chew, I’m sure they help keep them a bit calmer. I’ve recommended them both to quite a few family & friends

We have recently been using the clean canines supplement and are really happy with the results my dogs breath has improved massively and those sloppy kisses arnt so bad now I would highly recommend

I got the Allergy bundle for my collie as she suffers during the spring and the combination of salmon oil and probiotics has made a real difference to her skin and fur quality.

We have recently tried the allergy bundle including the Super Daily Tummy powder and the Jammin’ Salmon oil and it’s made such a difference . Harley scratches way less and he has firm poops . We have been using for a week now and are so pleased with the results . We will 100 percent be back and I recommend to anyone who has a dog with allergies or a sensitive Tum - Thank you so much Buddy and Lola x

Wow! We have tried the super tummy instant this week and it has been amazing for my cocker spaniel boy. He is currently transitioning over from dry to wet foods and we thought this would help any runny.. you know whats! and its helped massively. It also arrived super quick!

We have been using the Super Tummy Instant and it's worked wonders on our dog. The fact it has added electrolytes too means it help with dehydration. He actually wants to eat the medicine too because it tastes good! Would highly recommend to all to have in your cupboards!

I purchased the Happy Tummy Daily 150g and Salmon Oil 500ml last week and it arrived a day or two later. Unfortunately, my dog won't entertain either of the products and refuses to eat her food after.

I contacted customer service and they got back to me within 45 mins to say they had issued me a full refund.

I can't comment on how well the products work but the customer service alone warrants 5 stars in my opinion!

UPDATE: They have since responded and really gone the extra mile to resolve the issue, for which I am very grateful. Sadly not many companies out there do the same for their customers! I will donate the salmon oil to a local dog rescue. THANK YOU!

So far so good with this product! My senior boxer was previously on cosequin for many years, which worked great in the beginning but I felt he needed something more.
He takes 2 Buddy and Lola pills everyday and he has stopped licking his knees due to arthritis. He even has been bouncing around and playing more which makes my heart happy!
The shipping was extremely fast through their site, price was average but the option to try and return if we were unsatisfied made it a no brainer!
I will be buying again! I'm very glad I found this product!

I had a problem with my order and I sent customer service an email one night. When I woke up next morning I had a message saying my order had been refunded and would I like to try one of their items for free.

Very helpful and professional employees. When my super-picky Lhasa wouldn’t eat the viatamins I ordered I was issued a total refund without argument. I’ll definitely do business with this company in the future.

I love this company, first of all our dogs love these vitamins. I had been looking for a supplement for a long time and wanted to make sure of the quality. Second, there was mix up with the shipping as far as when the vitamins were delivered. With no questions asked they shipped another bottle right away. There is something to say about customer service these days and it's nice to see great customer service is still around. Thank you for a great product which our dogs love.

My diabetic dog loves the vitamin so much he thinks they are a treat

Starting with the buying experience -- buddy and lola has the BEST customer service that answers questions quick and in detail. I first ordered buddy and lola a year ago and give my Siberian Husky the omega 3, hip and joint, and probiotic tabs daily. She eats them right up as a pre-meal snack before eating her food. Her behavior, skin and stool has made such an improvement since I've started giving these to her. She is a happy pup!
