about 5 weeks ago I placed an order with budcargo which was promptly shipped via Canada Post. Tracking showed the shipment never left the place of origin and no updates were provided to me even weeks after shipment. it was clear after a month that the parcel had been lost by canada post. but after being notified budcargo immediately issued a refund coupon. Great customer service!
