Misleading sales tactics
We signed up with a clear understanding of our requirements - particularly around escrow payment features that were positioned as part of the platform’s capabilities. Within just four calls, it became obvious that these features were heavily overstated by the sales (Christopher and Ben) team. We were later told that escrow functionality would only be available to clients paying €20,000 per month, which was never disclosed upfront.
Once we started questioning things, their attitude shifted noticeably. Despite never receiving proper onboarding, we were still charged an onboarding fee, and our request for a refund was denied.
The product may offer value for resourcing agencies, but in our experience, the sales tactics were misleading and the overall approach felt unethical.
