Bad customer service, probably a bottle design weakness
Bad experience with customer service. I asked for a replacement bottle due to the gasket (rubber seal) on the cap loosening on several occasions and then finally getting lost. The reply from customer service was to fasten the seal better with a screwdriver (which I had done). Secondly, they have no replacement gasket, you need a completely new bottle. And last, they refused to replace the malfunctioning bottle.
In my opinion, this is a design weakness. In their opinion and experience I was the first and only to experience this, thus no replacement was offered.
It would have been nice with some goodwill in this case.

We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our customer service.
As mentioned in our conversation, we have not experienced this issue before, and hence have no replacement gasket for the bottle lid to offer you.
Last but not least, we do not replace lost parts that the customer has misplaced themself.
Customer service not accommodating and product very sensitive
Unfortunately, we are not satisfied with the quality and the handling of the complaint. The case is very sensitive and was already scratched after a few days. I then described my problem to the customer service and was offered the complaint. Afterwards, the item was not claimed and the sales price was not fully refunded. Very annoying and not good customer service. Can not recommend unfortunately

Thank you for your review, Katja. We are sorry to hear that you didn't find our customer service accommodating. We handle all complaints and returns with professionalism and always in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
In your case, you wished to return your product, as the product had a scratch, why we send you a prepaid return label. When we received your return, it came to our knowledge that the product had been used and was missing its original packing, manual, and bottle lid. Later, we could understand that you accidentally had caused the scratch yourself. Normally, our guarantee only covers manufacturing defects, i.e. defects the product has before sales – not accidents caused by the user.
However, we choose to accommodate you anyway, and gave you a partial refund, to account for the loss in the value of the items and because your return was missing several parts.
If you believe your case was handled unfairly, you are more than welcome to contact our customer service again or submit a complaint through the EU Commission's online complaint platform.
