Late delivery with errors - no customer service
We ordered a custom book for Father's day, along with another for our daughter (both Peppa Pig). They arrived many days late, missing Father's day, and they printed the Father's day message in the non-custom book (they mixed them up).
Tried emailing BubblyDoo multiple times now and have received zero responses. Its been weeks, so this isn't like they're backed up and haven't gotten back to us yet, they simply don't provide any customer service at all.
Very poor experience for expensive books that were meant to be meaningful gifts. Wouldn't use them for anything again.

My son and husband loved this book. He was so excited to see himself as part of the Paw Patrol story. He even took it to his daycare and read it with his friends.

I paid for the black and white label however the white does not show up at all on the dark fabrics. Very disappointed for the price of this gadget and the quality is not great.

It was perfect! My son and his father read the book every night together!
I would recommend that if you do order a book from them, make sure you order it way ahead of time. I ordered from Honolulu and it took a month to arrive. Just made it in time for father's day.
The tracking system stopped working as well and had to contact support, and they got back to me right away with help.
I would recommend this to anyone that wants to make someone in your life special. It made my sons dad really happy 😊
