Book came in perfect time. My niece and her mom went to a Peppa Pig amusement park and I gave them the gift (wrapped up). I don't know their reactions yet. The quality looks great

extremely long process
although customer service responded quickly to my inquiry, it was very frustrating that my shipment was delayed twice. I placed the order on 27.2 and I finally received it (after I had already given up) on 16.4. (it was supposed to be a gift for Father's Day). the first shipment was lost, in the meantime they noticed that a grammatical error had been made, so they offered to send a new one, with an expected delivery date of 7.4. however, after sending, the status of this shipment was not visible, so I gave up completely. on the other hand, I must emphasize that they refunded my money for the first order, so apart from patience and a gift for Father's Day, I did not lose anything.

Great reliable company, quick delivery, excellent customer service. I made an error on the gender of the child in the book when i placed my order . I contacted customer service to change this before my order was started . They got back to me within 2 days and fixed my errors. Received my delivery within 1 week. Great quality books , overall very good experience.

Scamers
Scamers, first they lied about the delivery date, it supposed to be on March 9th, 10 days before Father's day, it went in production 12th or 15th of March. After that I've got an e mail in which they said that the book has an writing mistakes an if I wanted to keep it like that or I want a new one. Father day already passed so the surprise was a failure, I said that for my 30€ and almost one month of delaye I want a new book without mistakes. I still didn't received the book. Order was placed February 22th, and today is April 16th.

To give you the full picture: we produced your book within a few days and shipped it on 11/03, but a delivery issue caused the book to not arrive. That's still on us, and I apologise. To avoid it happening again, we switched to DHL for the next shipment which we sent you.
When we later spotted a small spelling mistake on one page, we sent you a third book and also offered you the choice of a discount on a future book, since the mistake was minor.
The quality is great
The quality is great, and the stories are cute, not too long, and the kids are really into them and seeing themselves in the stories!
