We ordered two bubble tea cups. They were dispatched a week later, but when we opened the package there was only one cup inside. We emailed customer service about it, and they were very apologetic and sent the second cup the next day.

The glass cups are much lighter and thinner than we expected, the silicone stopper in the lids is very thin and feels like it'd tear very easily, and the lid of the second cup was scratched before we even took it out of the box, but overall I'm sure they'll do what they're supposed to!

This was my first time ordering bubba tea online and they didn't disappoint,my grandson and l love trying the different flavours and l will definitely be ordering more as presents as well as for myself.

Package arrived in good time, was well packed and sealed, the bubble tea is amazing, the Swizzles bundle is fantastic! Thanks for a great experience.

Kids loves it. Packaging was good and interesting. Instructions were clear. The different flavours were fun. Overall, a super hit with our two littles.

First time I have ordered from Bubble Panda and am sure it wont be my last. Everything went smooth from their easy to use website to the speedy delivery and The items I ordered were in the sale at great prices....whats not to like!!!!

I bought the Christmas bundle. First sad thing was that I knoe Bubble Panda usually gives free shipment above £30, but this time it was from above £50. Not great change to start from...
Anyway, it arrived nicely packed, quite a lot of add-ons. Looked nice. However we are not too happy with flavours and - what is even more important - the bubbles are a bit too soft (hence they look flat and do not pop as nicely either). Another thing is - the amount of tea is a bit too small. I was expecting it to fill up the original cup/tumbler. Not really...

To resume - the offer looks cool, however it is not as great as it seems. The price isn't attractive either. To have a good deal, I would have to rely on offers and order a lot in one go so to avoid the shipment cost. That would mean drinking a lot because they expire in 1 month. Well... I suppose it makes more sense to go to the shop once in a while and get a nice bubble tea made for me for £5.

Great products, great packaging, great service. Will be buying again.

I’ve ordered from this company 3 times now and as always the box was beautifully packaged and both the contents and the drinks bottle were really good quality. This made a perfect gift for an 11 year old and they had great fun mixing their drinks! I contacted the company to check my order would arrive in time for a birthday and they made a special effort to get it to me on time- thank you Bubble Panda !

I'm gonna say it was great. I got it for my son's university student house and they love it..

I pre-ordered four Swizzels refill boxes as Christmas gifts, and they showed up well ahead of time, so I had plenty of opportunity to wrap and distribute them. The presentation was excellent, and the variety was impressive. My children were thrilled when they opened them and were eager to start creating. I would certainly purchase these again.

Bought for 12 year old granddaughter, she absolutely loves it. Nice easy to follow instructions

Granted it took Bubble Panda a little while
longer than would ordinarily be expected to respond to a customer issue (missing package) - maybe something they need to look to address in she course - once they did get back to me they happily resent the items (and kindly added a few bonus goodies too - nice touch). Kids loved the teas - big smiles all round. Thanks.

Bubble panda has a great website that’s easy to navigate. Loads of choice of different bubble teas for everyone’s taste.
I chose the swizzle ones as a Christmas gift for my wife but knowing my daughter would like them aswell

I have ordered several this year as birthday presents for grandchildren, some sent directly to their address. They loved them so much that they requested one for a Christmas present as well.All 9 boxes arrived safely and securely wrapped and I had 9 easy to wrap presents, which I know they will love.

The build your own is great as you can choose wot you want and make unique flavours. Shipping is quick and the refills ate good to but as you only get four in a box it can get pricey so I would only get then once or twice it also says pay on klarna but you can't I have tried
