I did not receive much info
I did not receive much info. Eg. i am suppose to receive a 5% cashback. But nothing was heard.
I had also asked about the increase in premium but didn't heard anything yet.

They Don’t Honour Legit Claims
DO NOT buy travel insurance from them. My flight from Tokyo to Sapporo got cancelled due to bad weather and despite getting official note from the airline stating it’s due to bad weather, they refuse to reimburse my accommodation in Hokkaido. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS SUPPOSED TO COVER INCIDENCES LIKE THIS! They threw some stupid clause which was totally unrelated to my situation. I pushed back twice but they still won’t honour the insurance that I paid for. Go elsewhere for your insurance. I have wonderful experience with Tiq and will buy from them for travel insurance. My flight to Istanbul got delayed and they honoured the claim without stupid reasons. Don’t buy from Bubblegum. They are just a broker and using Starr Insurance as underwriters so don’t buy from this company too, coz this company was the one who did not honour my claims. And it took me 10 months of to-ing and fro-ing! But at your own risk. I’m a regular traveller so they lost me as a customer forever!
