Efficient, friendly and helpful. Fitting session was calm and orderly - my daughter got kitted out very quickly. No pressure to buy everything. We were told what was compulsory and what wasn’t. Very transparent. My daughter loves her uniform.

Excellent service as always.

I had to change my son’s blazer a week before he went back to school due to a growth spurt. The team were straight onto it and had a new blazer for me in time for the new term! Literally a 6 day turnaround.

Really disappointed in the service and communication.
Ordered 1st June - 3 items. (Shorts / top / raincoat)
Chased the order multiple times after 8 weeks. Had no response for quite some time. I had to email daily.
Got a response on 14th August to advise 2 items were being dispatched. I haven’t received anything .
Today I have an email saying all three items have been dispatched - I’m not overly convinced these will arrive.

The person who served us was excellent. He made everything easy and was professional and efficient. The appointment was really quick.

Took my daughter into Bubble for her first year of high school. Steven was fantastic, made the whole process really simple. There was no pressure to buy everything he just offered some really valuable advice.

Uniform that I ordered online for my daughter as it was too small. Steve was really lovely and very helpful. New sizes ordered for her straight away. Steve is very helpful and knowledgeable, nothing is ever too much trouble. We really appreciate all the help!!!!!
I’m sure we will be back soon when she loses some PE Kit 😂

Very helpful and lovely service

Today I had my high school uniform fitting and Steven was very helpful with all the sizes and everything, he was also very kind and funny.

Item found through Pinterest. I did receive the item.
Item was very cheap looking in person. And looked nothing like the picture on Pinterest once I tried it on.
Contacted them about return and refund. Due to cost of shipping agreed to 15% refund. So only $8.18 and I paid $48.50. Would not recommend ordering unless you are you sure it will work.

The entire ordering, shipping, and receiving process was actually fine. The item that arrived probably matches the price, but definitely not the picture it was bought based on. But again, you get what you pay for. I guess I had just hoped the item would be a bit more like the picture.
