Phone number has been fraudulently taken over?

I received a call puportedly from 0333 303 4262 this afternoon advising they were "Santanders Fraud Department" - everything pointed to a scam attempt eg code being sent to my mobile that they needed me to advise them of (like I would!)
Be careful - feel sorry for Bubble & Beyond if their phone number is being spoofed

Very poor quality

The furniture went together with little fuss but I found it to be very flimsy and poor quality, I can't imagine that it would last long with normal everyday use and definitely not worth the money

Delivery service disappointing. Did not wait for me to detach the table top and base from the wooden panels and drove away without collecting the panels.
The table is really nice and solid though

Terrible customer service

I have been emailing and submitting online messages for weeks now about a specific product and haven’t had a single acknowledgement or response.

Edit: further to the company’s reply below, I first submitted queries online through the website at the end of March - two separate times I believe. These followed a brief online Chat I had around the same time. I did not hear back so I then emailed the address mentioned on 19 April, and followed up on 21 April.

Great product great service

Bought a coffee table online and Bubble & Beyond kept us well informed via email re the purchase and delivery. Delivery company phoned to ask if we would be in and driver phoned just before delivery. Table was well packed on pallets and driver brought it to the house on pallet truck. My wife and I unpacked it and there was no damage to glass or wood and we are very pleased with it. Well done.

I am very pleased with the product

I am very pleased with the product, it is exactly as described and of quality matching the price. Clearly there is always room to be better and aniline leather would have been nicer.

The service was good but communications were not at they should be being very reactive rather than proactive.

The delivery was excellent, the product was well protected and the deliverer couldn’t have been better

The product I ordered is a beautiful…

The product I ordered is a beautiful piece of furniture & was delivered on time [ just 10 minutes late ] The only criticism is the fact I was not told it would be delivered on a pallet & therefore unable to be carried into my house . It had to be put in my garage . As a 76 year old & with no family around I have struggled to find two people who would be able to carry it into my house . As I wasn't told it would be delivered in this way I have deducted one star . I have at last managed to get it inside & assembled & it is stunning

Problems with tracking item had lots of…

Problems with tracking item had lots of security issues after using shop tracking which this company sent to me via email please be careful..nobody answering g phone number given to contact company only responded a by email after many frustrating attempts. Item arrived late but have to say chair is beautiful shame the whole experience was tainted by poor customer service.

We also support the most secure forms of payment (Apple pay, Mastercard and Klarna) The Shop tracking system is very safe and widely used by many retailers, we are sorry you had difficulty using it.

I am beyond pleased with my egg pod chair it's extremely well made and looks stunning in my dining room,it came well packaged on a pallet no damage at all to the packaging or the chair, its perfect and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to buy one it's very comfortable and stylish
