Excellent customer service
I can not overstate how good the customer service is.
Due to a Royal Mail error, my package was not scanned for days. After contacting customer services, I received an email response quickly. This was followed by phone calls to ensure I was being kept updated with my order. The staff could not be more helpful.
When my package arrived, it was expertly packed and my goods were in mint condition.
I shall be using Bubble n Sqeak as my go to company for expanding my Transformer toy collection from now on.

Item delivered promptly and in great condition
I ordered a Star Wars 3.75 action figure which arrived in the condition advertised (brand new / in the box) and was packaged safely to avoid any damage, the order was also dispatched in good time after I placed it and so arrived quickly.

I was thrilled to find Matchbox Real Working Rigs - MBX Excavator on this website. My Grandson is a three year old Construction Vehicle Fan and has had hours of enjoyment from two of these vehicles (Pre 2010) 2nd hand. Now barely holding together I was eager to find new replacement. Shipping from UK I was expecting a long wait but was pleasantly surprised when they turned up in Western Australia 26th August.

I'd never heard of this site before…
I'd never heard of this site before ordering but thought it was worth a shot. Can honestly say that the items I bought were packaged the best of any toy shop I've bought from. Needless to say the items arrived in perfect condition and in good time. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this site or ordering from them myself again.
