The item did not arrive. Company uncontactable. Looks like they have gone out of business as website is no longer available. Fortunately my order was only for £10.98 and was refunded via PayPal.

This company are not a good company if you want a refund for faulty goods. I havd been trying for months to get them to sort out problem i have with a pet product that gives off a burning smell when in use. Its a pet brush with hoover. It starts burning when i try to use it. They won't help.
They have no contact number or physical address. They only registered a domain online. They are a scam company with fake reviews. Their Instagram page only has positive comments because items are given in exchange.
Spend your money elsewhere. If their products are faulty they will ignore all emails requesting a refund.
