Shocking. The bt wifi hotspots just simply don’t work. They constantly disconnect. Or connect with ‘no internet’ if only BT weren’t the monopoly (before anyone says otherwise most providers use BT) th... See more

Pathetic company can’t even install router correctly expect you to go to admin page type all this stuff in just to get Wi-Fi working never had this problem with talk talk , sky etc they have done it this way so people pay the 75pound engineer fee
Being charged such a large amount for…ridiculous
I don’t mind paying if Wi-Fi works. Being charged such a large amount for monthly WiFi of £56+ is ridiculous when the WiFi keeps coming on and off. Then trying to log into the app comes up with error try again. So annoying! Definitely looking for a new supplier. Don’t sign up, go elsewhere
My wife and I are mebers of the Caravan…
My wife and I are members of the Caravan and Motorhome club and the club has introduced the BT Wi Fi to sites .
It has cost me £45 for 3 weeks premium Wi Fi on 3 sites , the first site it buffered all the time , the second site the buffering was so bad we ended up logging on to our friends mobile router , the third site , logged on with great dificulty , the second ,no Wi Fi at all !! Called BT and they were unable to track the account , they said that the Club has the details ?
Terrible system and management , will never use BT system on site again , a complete rip-off!!
Total shambles.
Total shambles.
Last month l paid for one month access and could only get onto the internet two days later. Yet it still cut me off exactly a month later.
Again today l paid again at four o clock its now nine o clock and still no internet.
The new EE interface says that l can log on using my BT login in details but it wont let me, the BT Call centre is now closed till tomorrow.
The EE call centre is saying they cant help l have to contact BT tomorrow.
Also when logging into the television it doesnt remember my login in details so l have had to enter my login as many as nine times.
AND only three devices can be logged on at any one time. At 39.00 a month its not only expensive but inaccessible.
This may be a deliberate action to drive people towards a monthly direct debit which is only 37.00 a month but who knows but its certainly a really poor service.
Scam
Scam. Bought the 5 day package for £19 and was not able to log in again after 10 minutes. Pitiful from a company that should know a lot better...
Bought a 1 day Bt Wi-Fi voucher
Bought a 1 day Bt Wi-Fi voucher, however my TV (which I wanted to use the WiFi for) was not compatible to connect this way, due to signing in on a sign in page. I called BT customer service to cancel this voucher and get a refund, the lady I spoke to was outstanding! Stellar service that kept me and my partner smiling throughout. Super incredibly friendly and warm, she was caring and very quick in resolving the issue! I mentioned I had just moved house and was so kind in creating conversation about this whilst she was helping me. I seriously wished I hadn't already sorted my new upcoming broadband with a new provider as based on this experience I would have loved to sign up there and then with this lady.
I did not use the service.
Not worth having
So I moved into a new place and needed internet whilst I arranged a longer term contract. I saw BT Wifi was available in the area so I decided I’d take a month. It cost £39, it promised 30MB/s and …..its absolutely useless. I need internet to work. I cant. It requires you to log on every 60-120 seconds. Its completely useless. An absolute con. The only way people get rich in the 21st century in the UK is charging people for providing something which isn't worth anything. BT has it covered. This is their model. A bunch of users who will take your money and give you nothing. All completely legal backed up by expensive self important lawyers. Legal, organised and morally corrupt. A bunch of thieves. Part of the establishment. ‘British’ in their company name. An embarrassment to the idea of Britain. But who cares. Not the people who run this country. This is the modern world. Money for nothing. Its just a month. There are plenty of people out there who’ll do the same as me and you. Bunch of c<€nts . Dont do it

Paid for a BT wifi hotspot because we could connect, once paid could connect but 0Mbps!! Tried contacting for refund and no response, avoid BT at all costs

I just wrote a scathing review of the wi-fi hotspots offered by BT whilst waiting for one of the "BRILLIANT" team of engineers to come and explain why the new router in my new flat does not work. Of course I lost the internet for the millionth time today and had to start again. Do not attempt to use this service and DO NOT pay for it. Just blatant criminallity hiding behind crap tech at a high price. BT are just clowns or criminals,or both.

Luckily only brought it for the day to try it out before the month, absolutely awful took 30 mins to even write this review. The amount of times you have to log in is ridiculously irritating. How they can charge such a price for something so broken is amazing.
Greatest WiFi I've Ever Had!
I once could remember the days I saw the words 60Mbps one my screen, these days are now long gone. The sheer and utter failure of this WiFi recently after they decided to send us a new box to sabotage our lives and give us the slowest thing known to the human mind is just down right heart-breaking. I could have once said that this WiFi did me well but now, just like my mother, it is a memory of the past. I have been using mobile data for the past 5 days and it has given me twice the speeds of this ass WiFi, it just isn't right! Please sort this s**t out and get your gears straight so I can watch a f*king video while I try to enjoy my food. Now I'm starving and worse my foods gone cold by the time I get even 10 seconds into any video. Anyone planning to buy from this WiFi provider please rethink your actions and go take a walk, you'd get more entertainment out of the crackheads on the streets rather than a buffering video that takes 95 minutes to load if you try to watch in a higher quality than 180p. Please just do me a favour and save yourself the hassle of this WiFi brand hopefully causing the corporation to rethink their outrageously terrible product and get their asses moving on to allowing me to even just open Google more than one time a month. Thanks.
What a waste of money
What a waste of money. It crashes every two minutes. It took me half an hour to upload this review, as it was continualy disconecting. I would have done so though even if it took a day. Pure frustration.
Oh ....and to reconect, you have to re-enter your username and password everytime.
What a waste of my time...
Worthless
worst wifi i have ever seen
keeps dropping off ,waste of money
The hot spot service keep dropping out…
The hot spot service keep dropping out and is very bad! It costs nearly £40 for 30 days access. You have a login page that you need to keep signing into constantly.
Don't use or sign up
Don't use or sign up. Quite simply there are far better and cheaper suppliers who even offer user friendly contracts.
That should be illegal ..l you pay 39 for nothing
That should be illegal ..l you pay 39£ per month and you get internet in kb like in early of 90. Mostly can’t connect.
Better get sim internet, cheaper and it’s working fine.
British engineering lol …more like imperial thinking how to robe the people
It just logs you out constantly…
It just logs you out constantly the signal is there it seems okay but it constantly kicks you off. Paid 40 quid for 30 days while we wait for our broadband to be connected in the new house thought this would see us through those two weeks it will be a long two weeks doing homework with the young one and trying to set up bills and stuff using this utter rubbish for Wi-Fi.
