Everything was top notch. Their comparison reviews on YouTube helped me decide which chair to get. And then when I called in with questions, the sales staff was great. A few clicks and 2 days later I had my refurbished Steelcase Amia chair and it’s fantastic.

Remanufactured Leap v2
Ordered a remanufactured Leap v2, shipped quickly (even around Black Friday), and cosmetically and functionally feels like brand new. Haven't had any problems so I can't speak about customer service, but so far, so good.

OM Paramount Petite Chair - exact replacement of my current chair
This chair is the exact replacement of my current chair which has worn out and the supplier is no longer making office chairs.
Thank you for the 'how to adjust' video. It was very helpful in adjusting the many settings. However the tilt knobs are too tight to adjust, will give it a try again later. Assembly was also easy, didn't need instructions.

I also appreciate your feedback regarding the tilt tension knobs. To help you adjust them more easily, please note the following:
Tilt Lock-Out Feature: When adjusting the tilt lock for the first time, you will need to lift the Tilt Lock Lever up and forcefully sit back into the chair back to release the lock-out mechanism. This is because the lock-out has an anti-launch feature, preventing the chair from automatically unlocking. After this initial adjustment, it should be much easier to use.
Tilt Tension Knob: If the tension knob feels stuck or too tight, it could be locked at either the fully tightened or loosened position. To resolve this, please try the following:
Get out of the chair and lay it flat on the floor.
Look at the top of the tension knob, where you should see an arrow pointing towards the (-) Minus sign.
Turn the knob forcefully in the direction of the minus sign to loosen the tension, making adjustments easier.

I ordered this for myself before the…
I ordered this for myself before the holidays and shipping was fast. Received it within a week of ordering. The set is easy and the product itself is pretty solid. I deducted one star because a corner was slightly bent. Not a big issue and it didn’t affect the setup, but given how expensive it is, I couldn’t give it a 5 start rating. Would highly recommend though.

My back says "thanks" but what a headache!
First, the chair is truly great quality! I'd been sitting on a brick compared to this one. Sturdy, firm in the right places and well made. Sitting is much easier when your hips and back are supported correctly. Why 4 stars? My husband also got a chair at the same time. Each chair had an issue with putting it together which required the purchase of a special tool to correct said issue. In my case, the chair height wouldn't adjust with the lever. We scratched the heck out of the underneath until we purchased a 16" screwdriver to pop a button and remove the chair off its base. After looking around for how to adjust the lift, we ended up just loosening the metal piece covering it. We have no idea if that will impact the functionality of the chair. So far, so good though. As long as this lasts 10+ years, we won't need to go through that again.

The chair I purchased is exactly as described. I’ve used it for a few weeks and so far it’s great. I hope it lasts as long as it’s supposed to and hopefully I won’t need another one for many years now….. I’ve never spent $400 on an office chair but I’m short and it fits me well.
