Really hate the experience with them. Things were a nightmare to sign up and now they are requesting rediculous information to release my funds. Highly don't recommend, moving to another provider asap.

My transaction was an absolute debacle
My transaction was an absolute debacle.
I sent BTC to another account and unknown to me my account was frozen. I was not contacted and notified.
Customer service is slow, inc no phone number. A whole 7 hours later after sending in a video via email (note, sending videos via email is hard due to file size) my account was un frozen and BTC returned, minus $300 as BTC had fallen during this time.
I used BTC to avoid normal bank fees and regret it. Customer service is bad, slow and offers excuses I’m meant to take on the chin.
Have taken my crypt off the exchange and my partner has taken hers too, along with members of my family.

Great platform - massive fan, since 2015
Great platform, great support. Immediate support. They do right by the regulations, they do right by how they secure things and I like their policies. Been a user of their platform since 2015. Have tried many others - BTC Markets should be the industry benchmark for all exchanges to be like.
Instantaneous withdraw/deposits, no bs platform, fills me with confidence. Decent spreads and low fees. Yeah, I'm a fan.
I also don't mind their trading pairs and newsletter. I skim at best and don't use their phone app but they're making good steps all the time it seems.
