Overall, I’m very happy with the miner’s performance, the delivery time, and the company’s fast communication so far.
I ordered the GSminer for mining XTM, and after 4 days of use, it’s been performing great so far. The setup was very easy, and it’s impressively quiet for a miner—you can barely hear it running.
I did experience an issue with the power supply, which went bad after about 12 hours of operation. I’m currently using a desktop power supply as a replacement and have reached out to BT-Miners about the issue. They were very responsive to my questions before the miner arrived, so I’m hopeful they’ll handle this quickly.
Shipping took a little over two weeks, but overall, I’m satisfied with the miner’s performance and the company’s communication so far.

Not sure what happened,but my order didn't go through,even after multiple attempts. Great fraud protection,but difficult to complete a purchase. Company did reach out after my review,showing their dedication to customers. I have upgraded my experience from 1 star to 3. I decided to go with a different company to purchase the product. Once they fix payment issues,I believe they will receive higher reviews.

Payment is a pain via credit card having to submit proof of identification, but nice selection. Prices seem good until shipping costs are added. Overall I decided to purchase because buying directly from Goldshell was out of stock

Need to improve drastically
Order BTM2025#78155:
Payment process through Coinbase payment option was slow and difficult. Bt miner kept asking for transaction ID from Coinbase. If your Coinbase account isn't a merchant account it is not available most of the time. After BT Miner received bad initial review I got an email from mollpbt-miners.com demanding to change my review after changing the order status to processing. Order has not changed since October 13 and it is now October 21. Need to improve payment process and logistics drastically if they want to retain customers. I don't know if I will receive my order at this point. I will purchase from the manufacturer directly instead of BT Miner in the future.

Received miner, but had to pay duty even though miner was sold ddp. Was told I would be reimbursed. A month later and numerous emails and I have not been reimbursed.
