Most of the positive reviews for this company are related to customer service. They do not, for the most part, address the quality of the merchandise received for resale. They claim to mediate disputes about product worthiness but don’t say that the disputes are mediated by their own employees not independent mediators. They sent me a bunch of worthless merchandise that I ended up taking to the dump. No refund! Avoid like the plague.

We have been buying from BStock for 5-6 years, mainly Amazon transports, whilst we had issues before they have been straightforward to solve.
Now, last year we had a 5 Amazon transports that had between 10%-24% products missing, only the most expensive items. All the Apple, Google, Samsung items, most expensive smartphones not to be found, the most amount of items missing in our history with them, this hit is worth over £30,000.
We emailed BStock team and they replied with a very scripted and dull email, hiding behind specific points in Terms and conditions and not mentioning ones that are relavant to the case and our situation.
They quote 5 days to report issues, but if the products are stolen by their employees it could've been 5 years and it doesn't matter, they don't want to assist in any way.
Amazon has two recently reported fraud rings at their return facilities in Ontario and California. This was this year only, where products are stolen and not received by B2B customers.
Our transports originated from Senec, Bratislava. And with their form of issues all over the world, this is most likely the case too here.
They also stopped high value transports from them locations, where before they had 100k euro transports daily now they barely cross 30k.
Do not buy Amazon EU transports, unless you can check the thousands of products you get in the trucks in 5 days, if not you will lose tens of thousands of euros. THEY WONT REFUND YOU!

I have paid 2 orders mid-november, more than 6000€ to Amazon (+7000$). I got no news from bstock except telling me to write to Amazon to get back my money, which i did several times with no results. If you dont want to see your money disapear, never trust them

The seller lied in their listing, but rather than give me my refund, B stock only offered a partial credit. Rather than refund your money when the seller creates an issue, they offer you a minimal credit that can only be used if you purchase again from them. Why would anyone want to be scammed a second time by B stock!

Since October 1, we have made repeated, good-faith efforts to resolve multiple disputes through B-Stock Mediation, yet meaningful resolution has unfortunately not been achieved. While we appreciate the efforts of certain team members—particularly Jason and Gabrielle, who have been professional and helpful but an rep Melissa has been very inpatient intentionally dis regarded our concerns hung up phone calls —overall progress has been limited, and several issues remain unresolved or only minimally addressed.
As a result of these prolonged delays and inconsistent outcomes, our business has experienced significant financial losses. The lack of timely and effective mediation has directly impacted our ability to operate, allocate resources, and recover value from affected inventory. We entered into business with B-Stock with the expectation of fair, transparent, and responsive dispute resolution, especially given the scale of our purchases and the nature of the issues involved.
We are especially concerned that some disputes appear to have been dismissed prematurely, without full consideration of the supporting documentation and circumstances presented. This has left us without a clear path forward and has compounded the financial strain already incurred over the past several months.
At this stage, we are respectfully requesting active intervention and escalation to help bring these matters to a fair and final resolution. Our goal is not to assign fault, but to work collaboratively with B-Stock to resolve outstanding disputes, recover losses where appropriate, and restore confidence in the process.
We value the relationship and want to continue doing business with B-Stock; however, timely and decisive action is now critical. We are hopeful that with focused attention and support, these issues can be resolved promptly and equitably.

To whom it may concern,
I am writing regarding an order placed approximately three weeks ago. Unfortunately, I have not yet received any of the items.
The payment for this order was successfully processed and sent to Amazon Europe. Despite the transfer being completed, I have received absolutely no updates or tracking information about the shipment's status since placing the order.
Three weeks is a significant delay, and the complete lack of communication is concerning. I urgently request an update on the status of my order and when I can expect delivery.

I have to say, this was the worst live support experience I've ever had. The person I spoke with only responded with recorded answers, and even then, I received my responses late. When they couldn't answer my last question, they ended the call. I suspect they were connecting to live support via the app from their phone while driving. This is surprising for a company like this.
