Strongly suggest avoiding them lately there is completely mess with ordering and returns. There much better shops out there !

Good priced item that was delivered on time from overseas - plus, good communication on order and delivery progress from outset.

I placed an order with BSTN that included a perfume intended as a gift.
When I received the package, the perfume was missing. Instead, there was a cheap spray that had nothing to do with my order.

The parcel was collected almost immediately from the pickup point, so the issue clearly did not occur after delivery. This means the mistake most likely happened at the warehouse or during order preparation or shipping.

I contacted customer service on January 17, including photos as proof, and received an automatic reply stating that I would get an answer within 48 hours. To this day, I have not received any response.

This purchase was meant as a gift, and the situation completely ruined the surprise.
I am writing this review in the hope that my message will be noticed more quickly and that this issue will finally be addressed.

I am still waiting for a clear response and a proper solution

UPDATE
After reporting that I did not receive the ordered item and providing photos, the seller ignored my emails for weeks and only sent automated replies with no instructions.
Later, they refused to resolve the issue, claiming the correct item was delivered, based solely on internal documents that do not prove delivery to the customer.
No clear return instructions were provided during the dispute. The issue is now escalated to PayPal.

Potential customers should be aware that in case of any issue, responsibility appears to be shifted to the customer rather than addressed by the seller.

I place a large number of online orders on a regular basis, and this level of customer service is extremely rare. I will never order from this store again and cannot recommend it.

Notably, even here on Trustpilot, my one-star review has received no response from the company.

The BSTN side was 5/5. The product was perfect, as well as the size, that followed exactly the size guide.
However, I was unhappy with the delivery and its process. DHL’s feedback for updates was poor, while DHL did not execute the delivery, and “completed” it via a subcontractor. The subcontractor seemed kind of unwilling to execute the delivery, without proper communication. The outcome was that instead of receiving the deliverable, I went to subcontractor’s branch to collect my order.

Update: on January 23rd BSTN asked me for additional information in my order, which I provided. After that, no response whatsoever. They are trying to make it seem as if they’re trying to resolve the matter for trustpilot

I don’t know how they get so many 5 star reviews, but this is one hell of a scam. I ordered the Karhu jet black/gull, received the Karhu box with completely different shoes in it. Mind you, I’m a size 42 and the shoes are a size 37 so I couldn’t even wear them if I wanted to. I emailed them, no reply. Filled in the contact form (multiple times) no reply. Tried calling them on several occasions, and the line keeps on getting disconnected.

Amazing. It takes a bit time for delivery but I'm happy.

I believe it would be way easier if there is a person picking up the phone that is showed in the contact menu and not just voicemail telling you to reach out via email. That would save more time and headaches for the customers, other than that I had a great experience

Order delayed and not here for a birthday! Then an email saying Royal Mail had delivered it but we were out, no card left and no sign of package. No proper tracking option, no option to divert the parcel and only an email address to contact! Poor!

Great online store been using them for years. Always well packaged, always good deals and always with good shipping to the UK.
