I loved using the App but now we have gone into V5 for desktop but we only have V4 on the app it is taking me so much longer to use the desktop. My school have said they may stop using it now, Does anyone know when V5 will be available on App? Thanks

I love using B-squared to assess my children on the SEND register. I think the steps are small and clear. It is a very useful tool to see their targets and to support future planning.

A very intuitive system, easy to learn and implement

I find BSquared quite easy to use. It gives lots of information which I’m still need to engage in.

Too early to see how this electronic version will impact work in school, but I am happy with the training given and support while setting this up.

You have released software with a print format screen but without a print facility

Query using Evisense resolved very quickly.

We've recently purchased B Squared for the first time and are new to using the system. The support in helping us get set up has been second to none and any queries have been answered very quickly.

We've been looking for a system for a while to show and support the progress of SEND pupils. B squared not only shows the small steps of progress that pupils make, but it's a great tool to support teachers in knowing what steps are needed for those children who are significantly behind in the curriculum.

So far I've been very impressed.

V5 of B-Squared is a massive improvement on V4. It is much more user friendly and intuitive to use. The software is much quicker and has some incredibly useful features, especially around reporting.
The support services have been extremely effective and swiftly dealt with, resolving issue I have found while using the software

Version 5 is very difficult to navigate, I would expect a new version to be easier to use and seamless. My school purchased Version 4 March 2021 so after beginning to use this system. I find the new version very frustrating.

Great system to help show how our children progress. The framework we use fits in well with the whole school. The team answer questions quickly and if they can't help there is always someone who will.
The framework has helped our teachers differentiate and trust in what they are teaching our children with SEN.

Easy to fill in, can see the steps clearly and simple to input the data. Takes some time to get used to and understand how to see the overview of the data once inputted.

I am teaching construction and I have asked already 2 years ago to have construction criteria included. I even wrote out all the connecting steps, you just needed to put them on the system. It is still not done. Therefore Bsquare is fairly useless to me.

The customer service has been brilliant throughout. The online videos are really useful and informative and I have been able to set up and guide staff in using BSquared. When I had a problem I emailed customer service and received a quick, useful reply.

Bsquared software easily pin points the gaps in individuals education.

So far - so good.

The system is very good for assessing and tracking progress. I am looking forward to the update as I believe this will improve current problems to do with speed and ease of use

as with most IT systems for teachers, they dont take into account how teachers work they are designed according to how the designers think they should be used and expect us to learn a whole new system of icons, symbols anf jargon eg where is the back button? how do I skip this bit I dont need it? its not obvious and you are hunting all over for it. I hate the way you have to go through 4 or 5 steps to do one thing. Its much easier to tick a box on a piece of paper. I have to work with at least 6 systems and every one is completely different. An absolute pain in the neck. most of my day is spent going from one system to another. Your designers should sit in the classroom for a week and see how inefficient these systems are. Sorry but Im being honest here and as our school system is getting and needs updating badly but we cant because of money, my computer will be out of the window and across the school field in a demonstration of its aeronautical capapbilities if i have to waste my time on trying to figure out why bsquared isnt doing what i want it to do! B Squared is often haphazard and confusing.
Rather than aid with workload, it has become a burden.

I think the support is good and the company is forward thinking and the staff seem very knowledgeable
