Severe Service Failure and Costly Experience
Unfortunately, I must report an extremely negative experience with BSP Auto, which caused us significant financial and organizational damage.
We had booked a car through BSP Auto to be picked up from Drivalia. Due to a flight delay, we promptly informed BSP Auto—both via email and by phone—of our new arrival time, requesting that the rental company be notified. BSP Auto confirmed they had taken note, but they never communicated anything to Drivalia, who, after 60 minutes from the scheduled pickup time, cancelled our reservation and gave the car to other customers.
Upon arrival, there were no vehicles available in the reserved category, and we were forced to wait over an hour at the counter, with a young and tired child, after a long journey. In the end, we were forced to make a new booking entirely at our expense, paying €580 more than the original price, for a different car.
The responsibility lies entirely with BSP Auto, who failed to take even the basic steps to ensure our reservation, despite our proactive communication.
The service is completely unreliable, with no support and no accountability.
I strongly advise against using BSP Auto. We were left completely alone, without assistance, and suffered a significant financial loss due to their negligence.
