If you’re after good customer service then look elsewhere, left the inside of my car covered in grease/oil, no apology or reply when I emailed in and also extremely unhelpful with an issue with my car. After a 5 min internet search I found what I should have been told or suggested by them at a fraction of the price, I have another bmw specialist doing it. I can only guess that any real work they are not interested in and just want to do the easy bits like services etc.

First experience with Brystone and very impressed. They responded promptly to my initial request for a quote. Price was good and the service was very professional from start to finish. I shall be going back to Brystone for future work.

Excellent. I have been using Brystone for many years and recently had an issue with squeaky front brakes on my 1 series that was only 7 months old.. As it was under warranty I took it back to the dealer to sort out. I don;t think that they did not even take the brakes apart to clean them as they were still squeaking after I collected the car so I took it to Richard and his team who did the job properly (yes I know I had to pay for it but it wasn't that expensive) but no more squeaky brakes - yay! Thank you Richard, Lee, Tom and everyone. I'll see you when the service is due.

Excellent customer service and technical know-how at a reasonable price. They give clear advice, solve problems sensibly and they stick to their quotes. A pleasure to deal with and head and shoulders above Bartley BMW in every respect.
