My order 236469 was cancelled by Brycus. They took money from account, but i did not get order or money. I'm taking legal actions, if I'm nor receiving my money now.

I was interested in buying a product Brycus sold.
The price was c. £122. As I proceeded with the order, they wanted to charge delivery at c. £111!!! Most companies would have had free or maybe £10 at most for delivery.
I asked for an explanation, and they deleted the email without reading it. Completely unprofessional.
Brycus is not willing to give out the documents to file a official complaint against them. They are not answering to emails any more. Do not buy from them. They sell you used stuff for a new stuff price. Customer service is good in ignoring e-mails. Don't even waste your time with trying to get a hold of someone by phone. Rosana Barriguete Pavón was the person who stopped responding to my emails...
The directors of this company should be jailed. They take your money but don’t supply the goods. No Customer service, no response to emails. The company should be closed down by the authorities.
I searched the Internet looking for architectural bamboo poles at 6ft tall as a gift. (not the rough type for gardens but for use as an interior feature in a large pot.) I couldn't source them in the UK, so opted to buy from Brycus. I was well aware that they would be shipped from Madrid, so went ahead and purchased on 31.7.20. Brycus provided me with a tracking number of their courier and an estimated delivery date of 11.8.20
I was able to check the status and the order was received with a slight delay but at the UK end.
They arrived today and they are exactly what we wanted. So well worth the wait which you do need to factor in as the order went all the way to Glasgow.
We ordered a sunlounger online from brycus and it took 6 weeks to arrive. When it finally showed up it was wrapped in bin liners and tape which had ripped so most of the chair was sticking out . There are large scratches and scuffs all over the chair and its filthy and cetainly not in new condition. I have emailed them twice with no reply so only recourse now is a bank chargeback . My advice is to avoid this company , they might be a bit cheaper but you wait forever and then receive poorly packed / damaged goods and they ignore all correspondence. Just unpacked chair and found that both wheels axles are broken so wheels cannt be fitted to chair . Awful company Awful product Awful customer service
This company should be prohibited from the internet. Impossible to get into contact with them. They even posted a complainants mobile number on the company's web page as a number to call. The Spanish page is packed with complaints. Caveat emptor.
SCAM company run by the same people who run wellindal.co.uk STAY CLEAR OR LOOSE YOUR MONEY
This seems to be a scam company, also trading as Jardinitis and Nodes Ecom Group out of Barcelona. I ordered Two planters on 17 May but nothing has arrived and they don’t answer messages. Telephones not answered. They took £178 out of my bank.
Goods did not arrive and no way to contact customer service, I used theor contatc us form twice and emailed them no reply, one of the worse companies to deal with.
I ordered over 15 days ago, still no dispatched. No one answers my emails. Now I want to cancel but I am afraid I am just loosing my money and time.
Deplorable customer service / zero response!!!
I ordered items over €450. They have not arrived. (forecast 10/6 and today 26/6). I have tried everything to contact them for an update - their phone does not work, I emailed them and contacted them via the customer service contact form twice - I tried in English and in Spanish. Absolutely NO REPLY!). Can someone PLEASE reply and tell me if my items are coming or not. It says "not sent to warehouse".
Do not deal with this mob unless of course you have plenty of money and don't mind losing it they will not answer the phone or your emails
Electrical Items with EU plugs. This is not a UK company - I ordered on this UK website, and got electrical item from ES company, with Euro plug. I put a review against the ES Brycus as well.
I tried to contact by email - no response. Phone number does not work. I was lucky. I solved issue purchasing a plug converter for £5 elsewhere.
There is no way to contact this company to solve problems, so I would would never use them again. Not worth the risk.
VERY POOR company. DO NOT USE - will take money and you will find that you not receive the goods .
Also affiliated to BRYCUS (and I saw other companies mentioned in other reviews) - clear case of Arthur daley outfit - at best
