My sister purchased two-one for her and one for me. Neither worked. Mine would not turn on and when it did, it would almost immediately turn off. I would not recommend. My sister indicated that she had issues in attempting to get a replacement or refund.

Brush worked for 90 days then died. When it's charged, the lights are on but NO HEAT. Useless.

Product does not work try’s to heat up after few seconds cuts out ? Complete waste of money I could not find packaging to return and company don’t respond?!

Doesn’t work. Absolute pile of s**t. Don’t waste your money it’s a scam product. They don’t honour the 60 day money-back guarantee, instead I was offered 10%.

Do not buy this product. I tried to use it but it does not heat up enough to do anything to my hair even at the highest setting. Of course no refunds. Saw the same thing on Amazon for $25. So frustrating. Have to stop buying this online crap.

Appauling customer service, awful product, never reply to emails, no telephone number online to call. returned my product within 30 days (as advertised on their website) at a cost of £14 to Belgium. They obviously refused to receive the product when it was delivered to their address as it has now been returned to me! They said they would refund me but surprise surprise they never did. DONT BUY A BRUSEHO (ALSO KNOWN AS THE FOSTER GROUP) IT IS NOT AS ADVERTISED.

They keep emailing to ask for a review, tried to respond to say they are con artists, you can’t reply. This is theft. How are they allowed to operate. They don’t even have an official website, there is no comeback, total scam. Do your research, don’t throw your money away.

I used it twice and it didn’t work again. Do not buy!

Worst product, worst customer service I've ever had. Do not buy this!
Mine arrived late and didn't charge, asked about a refund - didn't reply. Luckily I purchased though PayPal, still don't pay return postage even though it doesn't work. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Brush styles hair ok, but very disappointed with battery performance. It rakes hours to fully charge, then after 2 or 3 uses, when it is on for 2 it 3 minutes, the battery charge is empty again and it won't work until it is fully recharged. So it spends most of its time charging! Not the performance I expected.

I read the reviews and felt doubtful but ordered anyway. It would be helpful if it stated that the product arrives fully charged - the light system is a bit confusing until you realise that. As yet I haven’t managed to get a heat setting above the lowest but that seems to suit my hair and does the job very well. I’m sure I shall fathom it in due course. I know it will be very useful.

This product doesn't work so don't get sucked in like I did. I just wasted $68.80 and because I got it in May for summer of travels, I'm sure I will not get an answer when I inquire about a refund or exchange. It doesn't stay on or heats for 2 minutes and then shuts off. Wish I saw the reviews before I ordered this product. I'm done ordering from FB. So much false advertising

Terrible, not working no heat or anything

I ordered this product after watching a video that caught my eye on Facebook and offered a risk free 30-day trial. The item arrived within a few days. The packaging and device seemed to be of good quality. However, the heat was not suited to my fine hair which looked flat and frizzy. I requested to return the item within one day of receiving it and after 6 emails they finally agreed to provide me with a return authorization and address in Belgium (not the U.S.) at the customer's expense. I contacted 3 carriers and shipping is more than the cost of the product. Lesson learned not to trust false promises and always check for a (local) address, toll free number or chat, and prepaid shipping, or buy through Amazon. This has been the worst online experience to date and I would recommend not purchasing anything from this company unless you are sure you won't return it.

This is a total waste of money. The battery will not charge and the unit needs to be plugged into the wall 100% of the time, negating the 'mobility' of the product. It just flashes all the time. I asked for a refund or exchange. No answer. I went through paypal. No answer. Do not waste your money on this scam product.

Absolutely does not do what it advertises. My hair is super static charged and even more fluffy after use. Customer services are not interested even though I contacted them within the 30 days. They’ve delayed and now will not refund as it’s outside the return period. DO NOT buy !!!

Hassle free and works amazing especially when you travel.

This brush does not work for my hair. They have a set of rules for a return and even though I followed each one. No return. I agree just a scam!

Product arrived. Does not work, will not charge up.

Several emails with customer service for the past two weeks making excuse after excuse.

Latest one today gives a full on composition about adapters. "Only use high quality adapters" and much more.

I am only using the one that came with the product.

Refusing to give me the return authorisation.

Very efficient. Smooth transaction despite initially wondering if I would ever receive the product. Plugs into my USB port (used for my phone). My Brusheo does a great job. Regular emails kept me up to date on its tracking, except for when it arrived in Melbs & sat in a delivery wharehouse for a few days. Overall very good. Thank you.
