would give 0 stars if I could. had a very long onboarding process (longer than they had said). They also got the job that I was wanting to provide completely wrong. I also provided them before hand with information letting them know as soon as I sign the contract that I need monitors shipped to them asap, to follow up with that it took them a month to get the orders for the monitors to be shipped off (for only 2 monitors) they also charged me extra on top of the normal monitors. Then after constantly reaching out to them often asking for updates on the shipping they give me notice that the monitors have not been shipped yet (after a month and a half) then they said it will take another few weeks to arrive, so at that point I just decided to send money straight to the va's for them to go and buy one in person (after them telling me it was not advised but seriously what else do they expect me to do wait another month for the monitors they will ship in as the va's couldn't work until they arrived so I was paying both of them the full amount for me not being able to provide them any work not the VA's fault but Bruntworks fault). Horrible service all around would have been 10x easier and less then half the price to source the VA's myself. They did not meet the expectations I had for them as I was expecting if I pay more the easier it will be but it was the complete opposite. If you're looking to get VA's save yourself time and money and headaches and just get the VA's yourself online or use another company.
