Excellent experience. The sofa bed we bought was well reviewed online which was our main reason for purchasing. But the quality of the product and the instructions and packaging were all excellent.

I have purchased the sofa bed from Brunobed and am very happy with my purchase. The sofa bed looks aesthetic, is comfortable to sit on and excellent to sleep on. My visiting family used it as a bed (with a topper mattress) for a whole month and were very comfortable. The foldout mechanism is easy to work with. Moreover, I was happy with the customer and delivery service of Brunobed. Overall, I highly recommend this company and this product.

I’ve had a traumatizing experience with an assembly of a bed and couch from Bruno
Bett via their assembly service Rhenus Home Delivery. The company was supposed to deliver and assemble a bed and couch. Two people arrived late, were very rude, barely moved to bring the packages upstairs, were smoking in between. They refused to take their shoes off and walked with outside shoes (not working shoes) on the parquet. They left marks on a wall because they were not interested in being careful while carrying. I’ve pointed out that I expect that they are careful, and they decided that they didn’t want to continue. So they left… I received a call to clarify, then they were sent back, forced by their boss to continue. The job was poorly done, the bed and mattresses are not straight and my walls are full of scratches. It has been very traumatizing, I had to work, they were there for what felt like 5 instead of 2 hours. I can’t believe I had to call and ensure they continue. This after waiting for assembly for 7 weeks. It was absolutely humiliating. Customers pay to be humiliated.

I understand Bruno uses this delivery service. But Bruno needs to respect their customers! By working with such an incompetent delivery service which traumatizes customers, I believe Bruno overall does not desearve even 1 star. I would never order from Bruno ever again. I have not got to try the bed yet, but after such an experience, I personally do no care how good the bed is anymore. Never again.

After I had decided on the options of the sofa-bed I ordered from Bruno, I found ordering online was very easy. Although I thought delivery might take one to two weeks, it was expedited by their UK contractor, Furdeco, within days. The sofa-bed is not cheap but it is not overpriced for a hand crafted and well designed piece of furniture. I have come across other sofa beds costing much more. I saw that it had won a German Design Award in 2020. Looks are important but what was even more essential for me was how it worked as a sofa and also as a bed - so the crux of my research was on this.. Now that I have been using it for a while I can verify that it's comfort factor both as a sofa and a bed is very high. Also, the transition from one to the other had to be simple and not require much effort since it would be a twice daily task. I've found this to be the case. In summary, I can unreservedly recommend the Bruno sofa-bed for its looks, practicality, value for money and comfort and also the company for its communication and level of service.

One year on almost to the day and the sofa-bed looks as new as it did last year. Still putting it up as a sofa during the day and folding it out as a bed of an evening without any problems. I might get my fitter to check over the bolts and fixings just to make sure. The fabric finish seems perfect - very hard wearing. I think that medium and long term experience is important in a review and am more than happy to further endorse the Bruno sofa-bed.

Brunobed is a specialist interior furniture company that focuses on few products, which also means their focus is quality. I bought Bruno sofa bed 160cm, the buying process went smooth and within 2 weeks I was contacted by the transport company for delivery. The sofa was placed at the desired location and it was quick and smooth.
The sofa is of great build quality. It's robust. And has a beautiful fabric colour! It is nice to sit in an active posture. Because of the box spring technology it provides a wonderful sleeping comfort. It is good to note that the soda may take a while to soften a bit.

This is the most comfy sleep and quality sofa bed that I can find in the Netherlands.
