I ordered a nice dress to wear on a very special occasion for me. The size M was too big for me, I asked a question about the sizes and they did not answer, I proceeded to change the size, the S was still too big for me and it also came with a manufacturing defect in the lining of the dress. I kindly wrote an email to the customer service department explaining my situation and they responded very rudely without asking for a simple apology. I am disappointed and upset.
Should have read the reviews before ordering.
It’s been 6 weeks that I’ve sent back the dress and still waiting for a refund.. no answer

I am utterly appalled by your complete disregard for customer satisfaction and the lack of respect shown towards consumers. The way you have handled my refund request is disgraceful and highlights a blatant disregard for the law.
I strongly advise against doing business with your company. Your unprofessionalism and failure to adhere to consumer rights and legislation are evident. It is clear that you prioritize deception over customer care.
I placed the order, company took the money and said order had been sent. Had to chase and told the email was sent in error, it was a pre-order! I asked for refund but told no, had to receive order and then return it. Asked for complaints book, no reply. Order placed 3rd April, still no sign of dress
Update 10 June.
Still no dress but received an email saying it's on its way and here's the tracking number. Used the number message from delivery company was 'incorrect tracking number' so contacted Bruna. They said ooops sorry here's the correct one. The number is the same as the incorrect one they sent me in April, in fact it gives the same number and delivery date etc....
So I have asked them again for the correct tracking information. Let's see what excuse I get this time.
