False advertising and responsibility avoidance
I created an account through a paid advertisement that promised 450 free spins with no deposit required. After signing up, I received nothing.
When I contacted customer support and provided screenshots as proof, I was told that the advertisement supposedly came from a “third party” and therefore was not their responsibility — even though the ad link led directly to their website.
Let’s be realistic:
There is no third party spending their own money on marketing without getting anything in return. This looks like either intentional misleading or a clever attempt to bypass responsibility and regulations. Either way, the result is the same: false advertising.
