Worst store to shop at Browns

Worst store to shop at, annoying customer service makes it wanting to leave right away. Shopping online gives me calamity and nobody bothering me. Also all their girls don't have a dress code. Dressed as s l u t s (st- Catherine location) and full of stupid attitude. Never again!

I had excellent customer service from Claudia Vernazza when I recently purchased 2 pairs of boots at Square One location. The boots had to be ordered. It only took a few days for them to come into the store. Process was without issues. Thank you Claudia for your help and knowledge

I will be back. Competent and kind personnel.

I brought back a defective pair of expensive UGGs.(6 weeks after I bought them) The salesgirl was extremely polite on the phone and said there would be no problem to bring them back. When I got to the store, my boots were exchanged with no discussion and both manager and salesgirl were extremely nice. One of my best store experiences in Montreal. Thank you Keela and Maoro

Very poor customer service!

Very poor customer service!Mind boggling really.
It took 6 days of calling ( never got through) and emailing the email address they provide to request their return shipping label. I am certain they hope customers will just give up and keep the products.
Like nothing I have ever experienced and I guarantee never will again, as I will never shop at Browns!

Worst customer service/rude employees

Worst customer service! Ordered pair of womens size 8 boots for xmas, received a size 6, called right away and asked for new pair to be sent. They had to send out a postage return tag so i had to return it wrong pair first. First of all there mistake the onus is on them to correct asap. Secondly the return postage took 4 days to receive (which is a long time for an email that i had to print out, before i could return. Once in the mail , i asked if a new pair would be sent, and they said i cant get refunded until they recieve it and i would have to place a new order, after i get my refund. Confirmed they got their package bank 3 days ago, yet no refund. Called again to confirm and a girl hung up on me. Every call cost you at least 20 minutes on hold. As i type i am still on hold....

This company is the biggest piece of s--t I have ever dealt with they talk more bull---- andlie to you about your order send you a tracking # but the order never lives there wherehouse when you check your tracking # all it says is shipping info sent to FedEx so 2 weeks later and and they say FedEx has not come yet but the lady on the phone says that FedEx come every second day but have not came in 2 weeks what a f------ joke

It took them almost a whole month to give me a tracking number but before then it took so long to receive the tracking I asked 3×'s to be refunded my money back. They keep sending me bull 💩 emails saying how sorry they were and that my order will arrive soon. I just wanted my money back. I received 1 pair out of the 4 that I ordered on july 29 and they were a size 11 which I ordered a size 10. I asked for my money back several times and they refuse to refund me my money. I feel bad for other people who had…

I feel bad for other people who had issues with their order but I didn’t have any issues with my order. I absolutely loved my shoes and the delivery was quick received the order within 3 days and I ordered one pair of B2 brand’s shoe they are comfy and liked the quality.

Would recommend this website.

Disappointing

I ordered a pair of boots on sale. I was extremely disappointed to find the boots were two different sizes. I received a free return label and sent the boots back. It has now been 7 weeks since I sent them back and have not gotten a refund. After reading the other reviews on there, and realizing I am not the only person who received two different sized boots, I don't think ill order from browns again. The prices are extremely high, making one to expect a quality product with excellent service. That was not the case at all here, or with many many others. How can you provide such sloppy products and services at such ridiculous prices... this is absurd. The boots also looked a little worn, which was discouraging as well. All around, regretful experience.

Poor customer service & resolution process.

I recieved a purse as my birthday gift with a gift receipt. I went to guilford mall brownsshoes on July 7th to exchange with a sandal. They didn't have my size. The sale person said they will order and will sent it to my address. So far a month has passed and I havn't received it.

I cannot say I ever order online again

I cannot say I ever order online again. I ordered a pair of shoes on July 17 they were shipped on the 18th . I never received a tracking number or update from Browns, however it was provided to me after I asked for it . It has been sitting at the local Canada post terminal for 4 days now. All anyone can tell me is it is a sorting issue and I will need to wait until the 28th until they will do anything further.
Spoke with a customer service rep at Browns and she said there is nothing they can do either.

I ordered the shoes specifically for an event this weekend and clearly will not be getting them now or even at any point

Thanks Browns next time I will just go to the store to do business

Please take care do not order

I have placed a big order for several pairs of shoes, the order was in delay
I called several times the customer service and they kept saying it’s processing and will go out of the warehouse. And suddenly after more than 10 days they said that all the items i ordered are not in stock and that they will refund me after 14 days. How come that more than 6 items are not in stock!! So why are they appear available online then. And they were gifts taken while traveling so very disappointing i have no time to buy or order from other website.

Visibly weary pair of boots arrived in package

Ordered online and got a visibly weary pair of MK boots in the package. When I emailed to understand, I was very rudely and repeatedly asked to return and was told that these items are not always guaranteed to be new. Apparently, it’s okay to get worn and weary items when sold on sale from Browns. It was a hassle and a disappointment all in one.

CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!! REALLY

I bought a pair of WATERPROOF ARTICA ZEST that retails at $298.00 for $239.98. They were supposed to be knee high suede boots. I quickly became suspicious when I received them. The shoe of the boot was suede, the rest was fake suede. I reached out to the chat line and was told that the whole boot was suede...guaranteed. I returned the boots to the store and the clerk confirmed that it was only the bottom that was suede. The description clearly states: Material: Suede. This is fraud. I will not buy from this company again. To sell fake leather for that kind of money and lie about it in writing and on their website.... Seriously???

Ugh...annoying

Ugh. I just tried to place an order online and the order won't go through (multiple times) despite the fact that all the information is correct (I used the very same card/info to place an order with Little Burgundy). I have contacted customer service, but it doesn't seem like the issue is going to be resolved - super irritating as I'm trying to get my husband some new boots and want to minimize trips out since I'm about 5+ months pregnant during this COVID fiasco.

I received boots that were two…

I received boots that were two different sizes and no return label. I tried contacting customer service 4 times and received no response after a full week. I had to drive over an hour to the one store that had my size, spending my gas money and putting myself at risk in a mall during covid, while pregnant. Will NOT be shopping here again.
