Bought 2x4k and 2xBlu ray and saved £17 over Amazon/HMV price. Delivery is free over £50 (so if you're buying less you'll have to factor that) and arrived withing the 5 day period specified.

First stop every time for textbooks for my A Level student children, since a librarian friend recommended them to me. They carry stock of all the various exam boards; a couple that were out of stock were quickly/painlessly sourced and sent a few days later; they are cheaper than the high street chains and even that rainforest-like online retailer that monopolises and, most importantly for us, they are not that rainforest-like retailer!!

We've now ordered over a dozen textbooks from them, in three separate orders, every one of which arrived quickly and well-packaged. All were priced either the same as, or in some cases £2/3 cheaper than the other online alternative, so even after a minimal P&P charge for orders under £50, we still saved money. After the revelation that they also stock fiction and other non-academic books, I will be checking their website for all future purchases.

I have previously dealt with the company quite recently so was happy to place another order for some blu-ray films. The prices, delivery time and packaging of the items were all first rate. Looking forward to dealing with Browns Books again.

Found Browns Book while searching for specific 4K Blu Rays. The items I purchased were considerably cheaper that anywhere else online to the point where I had to come to check Trustpilot to make sure they were legit! Ordered Saturday morning using the free postage option if spending over £50 and all the items were delivered by Royal Mail Monday lunchtime. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Total scam. Found a book sold out everywhere and thought it was too good to be true that it was available on this site. Filled in my details and made an account to order it for it to then say it wasn’t available.

Have placed two orders so far and both arrived quickly and well packaged. The pricing is very good for alot of titles, but not everything. So just do your research to make sure you are getting a good price. Will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.
Be aware that not all titles are available to personal customers, but the availability is displayed against every item so you can easily tell what you can and can't have.

That's the way to do it. Defiantly a five star rating from pressing the button to delivery. Dispatched in a couple of hours (Saturday evening) to arrival on Tuesday with lots of emails and delivery messages in between. I held back a little due to first time but I will always be checking in future for offers.

First time buyer from Browns Books, as they appear to be a fairly new site? At least, I'd never heard of them until sometime last week, when I ordered a 4K films off them.

Some of the negative reviews on here did put doubts in my mind about them, but as PayPal was an option and provides a month's buyer protection, I thought I'd give them a try.

There are complaints on here about stock for items being shown as available until you register an account, then it says out of stock. I didn't encounter this. The site claimed they had 144 in stock of the 4K film (RoboCop 4k Arrow Video) before and after registration, although that inordinately have high number did strike me a suspect and probably inaccurate.

But at the end of the day, my first time buying experience was a positive. I placed the other mid-week last week, and it came today. The base price for the item was decent, offset by the fairly dear P&P charges (£3.95 3-5 business days under £50, free delivery over £50, £5.95 for 1-2 business days), but even after taking delivery charges into account, it was competitively cheap by comparison to other sellers. Whether that's generally the case for other items I don't know, but if it is, I'll likely buy from here again.
