We are delighted with Eli and his team. Eli was easy to deal with. Good communication. Did a great job at a reasonable price. Polite and courteous. We would recommend Brown’s roofing with a five star backing.

Browns did an excellent job replacing gutter, soffit and fascia which was rotten. On time and friendly and were able to connect and make a waterproof seal with the neighbours existing gutter. Cleaned up after job. Would thoroughly recommend.

Eli and Darren did an excellent job of replacing the facia, soffits and gutters to the front of my house. They were courteous, professional and efficient and removed all the old wood and scraps at the end of the job leaving the site tidy. They communicated clearly about the timing and breakdown of the job. I would definitely use Browns Roofing again.

We've lived in our 1963 detached house in CB3 for 43 years. Brown's Roofs has a standard of customer service and delivery exceeding anything we've had before. Our project was modest: replace all of the council grey dilapidated guttering with high quality white to match our UPVC windows, doors, soffits, etc. The result is spectacular: we now have a wonderful White House! Eli is positive on all aspects of customer service: approachable; clear communication, helpful and honest; reassuring, good at suggesting further improvements but without energetic cross-selling and up-selling, no pressure. Proper contact and paperwork throughout by email: arranging survey, fully detailed quotation broken down into nine specific tasks, invoice with full details for paying by bank transfer. All of them, great guys to have around for three days.

Eli and his team responded very promptly to our call-out email and arrived very soon afterwards to assess the problem; they replaced our leaky gutter equally efficiently and finished well ahead of schedule. We are very pleased with the result.

We had our gutters, soffits and fascias replaced by Eli and his team today. They are a lovely bunch of people. Very professional, reliable and courteous. Eli was the only roofer who instantly spotted some birds nests behind the fascias when he came to give us a quote. He even explained on the phone why we couldn’t open the bedroom windows fully( they were catching on the fascias) when we first called him to make an initial enquiry, which showed he was highly experienced and competent. The other quality I liked about Eli was his excellent communication skills. He would always keep you updated and answer your calls/messages which is a rare quality in tradesmen this day and age!

Eli and Darren did a great job repairing leaks in my guttering, clearing a blockage and fixing poorly joined lengths. They showed me the problems and explained what they were going to do to solve them. The company is very good at replying to emails and returning phone messages. I’m so glad I chose Browns Roofing to replace the soffits, facia & guttering on my house. Eli, Darren & Andy are a professional & hardworking team. My guttering and facia boards had needed doing for years, and water was coming in through a chimney where a pot was missing, and the rendering had cracked up. Because of the facias being so rotten, squirrels kept gnawing their way through it to get into my loft. Then I'd have to pay to get them out again and do small repairs. So the time had come ... I was worried about finding honest traders who would do a good job (one of the reasons I'd been putting off the work - how do you know?), so I was delighted when a friend recommended Browns Roofing. They came to have a look and gave me a quote on the spot. A general building company who had done my bathroom had lost their assessor, so I just went ahead with Browns. Because of rain they couldn't start the work the first day, but the next day they got cracking and worked straight through to finish the work in four days. I am DELIGHTED! They worked round my plants as best they could, were always friendly and lovely to have around, noise and mess were kept to a minimum, and they liaised well with my neighbours (who allowed them to stabilize the scaffolding in their garden). At various points they sent me pictures of what they found when they got up there, and of the work they did to fix it. They cleared all the mess and left everything beautifully tidy. The final result is AMAZING - my house, which had started to look a bit tired with the old facia boards, now looks sturdy and well looked after. I cannot thank Eli and his team enough. Really, if you need work done on your roof, you need to consider Browns Roofing. I cannot recommend them strongly enough! Thank you, guys! :-)

Browns Roofing carried out gutter cleaning, moss removal on roof tiles and ivy removal on multiple roofs in our business area. All the work was completed to a high standard and in great time. A friendly and helpful service.
