Ordered the set and was very hopeful and enthousiastic because of the insta ads and great website. Loved the packaging too. Unfortunately I had a huge allergic raction to the face spritz! The Browly team was very helpful in finding out about cross reactions between different cosmetics and face products. They went over every detail with a fine tooth comb to find out what the problem was. Have never seen such care in customer service before, they take pride in their product, so I rewrote my review to reflect the action they took.
Don't rush getting the hang of using brow soap, learning how to use it is worth it, your effort will be rewarded. I had some difficulty at first, and didn't understand how to get the effect they advertised with. The brow soap is the right colour brown and had quite some hold, but it was almost impossible to comb my brows up with the brush without ending up with a dark smudge above my brows. Tried all the different ways of applying up and down but combing my brows upwards wasn't possible without colouring ashy brown goo on my forehead in the process, and a bit of dirt ended up underneath my brows too. But here it comes. When you use the brown soap, don't comb up and down when first applying, comb side to side to cover the hairs first. This is the trick! This will make sure the soap only ends up on and between the hairs. Combing brows up when using the coloured brown soap needs another (clean) brush and works best once the hairs are a little bit dryer (again to make sure the brown soap doesn't smudge on your forehead), especially when you have long brow hairs like me. I am buying the clear soap next time (with a discount thank you Browly!) because it's better suited to my product wishes, but the brown one is still better than any brow mascara product out there.

Great product
Amazing customer service, great product. I have tried clear brow soap from another company and can tell the difference, as Browly does not leave white traces on the skin and keeps hairs in place. I would recommend the brown soap only if you have really dark hairs, mine are medium brown and it was still dark for me. Clear soap is perfect though. Thank you! :-)

Disappointment :(
Product literally melted on the first day, the second time I tried to use less spray but didn’t stay on the brows more than half a day. Tried a couple other times balancing product quantity but it never stayed on the brows more than 1-2 hours. There’s a lot of product and the packaging is nice and practical, the idea is really good but sadly doesn’t work!

Your "issue" sounds a lot like an application mistake, as the brow soap should definitely not melt, if used correctly. The initial brow soap is rock solid and needs to be activated with a settingspray to change the consistency into something waxy. As you mention, that your brow soap "melted", it seems like you are using way too much spray, making the soap gooey. In general, if the brow soap is too wet, it cannot dry properly and hence, won't give you that amazing staying power. We recommend either spraying 1-3 splashes of settingspray onto the brow brush or 1-2 splashes directly onto the brow soap. This way, you achieve the perfect consistency and your brows will stay in place all day. When coating the brush with the soap, there should only be a thin layer of soap on it and no clumps or gooey parts should form. Plus, to get an even stronger hold, you can start by brushing your brows downwards, then back upwards and then into the shape you want. This will make sure, that all your brow hairs are coated with the product, keeping your brows in place throughout the entire day. In regard to brow soap, it may take a few applications to find out the perfect consistency and application for your brow type. The Browsoap doesn't really fix the hairs well. The advertisement for it was totally misleading. Doesn't look like the presentation on, for example, instagram. And I know how to use it, so it's not my fault.

the product was unbelievable! I bought both white and brown. Both work surprisingly well and it lasts till you wash your face.
Although the brown one looks dark in pallett, it looks like the color of your own brows when you apply it.
