BROQ is Effective
I heard Dr. Rhonda Patrick talk about this supplement on a podcast and wanted to try it. Wasn't expecting much, but felt a noticeable difference only after 3 days. Feel less sore and woke up more energized with the same sleep. BROQ seems to supercharge my recovery. Will be reordering.
