Great sneakers and quickly resolved issue

I had bought my first brooks sneakers in the summer. At first my brooks gts 24 were perfect, but due to my feet being slightly different, I developed some issues with the left sneaker and it started giving me blisters.
After one email the issue was quickly resolved. I could've not asked for a better experience. Will definetly try out another model in the future, because now I'm sure that I will not lose my money on a bad product.

After Sales Support

I had an small issue with my Cascadia 18 GTX. I was getting no where with Cotswold Outdoor, so engaged Brooks via their After Sales Support. The support that Jess at Brooks gave was first class. Emails exchanges were quick and the small issue was resolved in a couple of days. Great work considering the time difference.

Lost parcel.

Lost parcel.

Ordered some trainers for a marathon I’m running to raise money for the children’s hospital.
Wanted some decent trainers so ordered from here.
DPD have lost the item and delivered to an address that is not mine.
Contacted DPD cannot help so passed this on obviously to Brooks running.
I need these urgently and it’s not MY fault that the delivery company you’ve chosen has lost my very expensive trainers.
I need these urgently and stated this.
Why aren’t you sending me a replacement etc and then sorting the issue with DPD seperately.
They’ve clearly lost them, as the address photo is not my house.
Why am I having to suffer in the meantime, not great customer service at all.

Bad Customer Support

Website would not take my address bacause of a problem with their form validation. The customer service agent told me there is no way to order and no one to fix their website. Horrible customer service, they don't seem to care if you want to actually buy something.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Fatma followed up the failed delivery promptly, politely and efficiently. On the 2 occasions I have needed to resort to customer services, I have found them entirely reliable.

Exceptional company and products

Very impressed with the customer service, had a problem with Adrenaline GTS giving me blisters and they swapped them without hesitation. Fatma in customer services kept in touch throughout and I felt reassured at every step. Many companies will promise results and say their product are the best, few will back this up with a guarantee, but the true sign of a good company is how they resolve issues and for me there is nothing more Brooks could have done!! Fantastic company to buy from and I will now be a lifelong customer!!!

Brook shoes are really hard

I have tried the GTS 24 for my plantar fasciitis but it increases the arch pain than before. I really dont look to buy the brooks brand as sole is very hard when I compare it with HOKA and ON

Adrenaline GTS 24's

I tried a pair of Adrenaline GTS 24's, I have flat feet and plantar fasciitis in one heel. These trainers unfortunately were too firm for me and not bouncy enough. I've tried so many brands and trainers over the years and still on the search for the right pair for my particular foot issues. I must say though, Brooks customer service are second to non and they honour their no quibble money back guarantee. It's a shame they didn't work for me, I would highly recommend Brooks as a company if you're unsure at all as you have nothing to lose.

Great customer service

I contacted customer service with and issue on a pair of running shoes purchased in Feb 2025 the rubber piece on the heal had become thin and broke off, after exchanging Emails with Jess, the company replaced my shoes at no extra cost, this is how customer service should be, I will definitely be using this company for future purchases.

Best running shoes and customer service I’ve ever had! I highly recommend Brooks to anyone thinking about starting their running journey. I’ve tried many shoes from other brands, but Brooks is by far the most comfortable. So far, I’ve had the Ghost Max, Glycerin Max, and Launch 11. When I had an issue with my latest pair, Jessica from customer service showed great understanding and quickly arranged a replacement pair. I couldn’t ask for better service anywhere else!” C x

Can't give less than one star

I gave one star because you can't go less horrible people to deal with more than 29 emails really replying never helping my last 2 pair of shoes Addiction walkers split on the side in less than 3 months poor quality now my new pair 3 months old looking at the tread so worn they look like I have been wearing for over 12 months. The quality has gone very poor and the cost these are made in Vietnam stop ripping off the consumer.

Had an isue with one of my trainers…

Had an isue with one of my trainers about 12 months after buying them and Fatma was really helpful and sent out a new pair of trainers for me. The shoes are so incredibly comfortable for unning it's great, and great company :)
