Bought a pair Farah Briggs Suede Desert Boots. After a few days of wearing them the shoe lace eyelets started popping out. Because I loved the shoes I took them to a popular high street shoe repair shop to have them replaced. A few weeks later the shoe upper seams started separating. This pair is no where near the quality of my first Farah Briggs suede I got from Matalan

Bought a lovely Fred Perry jacket which arrived quickly. Another plus is they use DPD.

I have used this company many times and always been a great service.

Went in to change a pair of levi jeans, the staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough, even bought more items and some nice mens fragrance ...will be using them much more, move over flannels

These guys ..fantastic was a bit concerned with returns as iv not dealt with before ..but ordered a few items that were delivered v quick.unfortunatly they didn't fit so returned..it was no problem I ordered other sizes n got my refunds very soon after they recieved..the items .no quibble ..thanks for the understanding..and cracking service.

Great shop. Popped in store for first time. Theres loads to choose from, really really fun and friendly staff too who seem to actually care about what looks good on you when trying something. I thought the service was great, as opposed to some shops where the staff dont have the time of day for you or saying nothing or other shops where the staff would say anything to make you buy it.
Bronx seems very different to me, such a refreshing experience. They actually told me when something didn't suit me even though it was a much higher price than the sale t-shirt that i tried on that they said looked way better and suited me. I thought that was really honest and good. Feels like shops back in the day when people had time for people. Needless to say I've been back in the shop a few times now and have also placed orders on their website which is great. Had same day delivery too which is unheard of elsewhere. Thank you to all the staff at bronx. Especially Jack who really helped me. Thank you

I bought from this company for the first time and the service was great.
Nice product and extremely fast delivery.
Unfortunately the product did not fit and I sent it back.
The refund was issued within 48 hours, no problems, no waiting, such a nice experience compared to other companies who hang onto your money for weeks.

Just placed an order for a Fila Bb1 Teal polo I've been looking for, for weeks! I made an error with my email when placing the order online, so called the store and the guy I spoke was AWESOME!! Really helpful, sorted my issue out there and then and even had a chat with him. Never used this company before, but I will definitely be using them again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
