BUYER BEWARE - EXCHANGE PROCESS FLAWED

I was originally thrilled with a quick delivery and good product however, had to return these for an exchange. They sent me a shipping label - I returned the item - confirmed that they received it and here we are almost a month later - no boots. These are not cheap $350+. Cannot get a response on chat, email or phone. I would be very careful doing business with this company - their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Still waiting and probably going to place a fraud alert on my credit card.
