This is the new 6mm diameter quick release clamp. It is supplied with a step down washer to be used if you are upgrading from the 8mm clamp. If replacing an existing 6mm clamp then use the M6 washer already in use.

Works well and comes with clear installation instructions. My last clamp became worn because part of it is plastic. This will probably happen to this replacement part as well, but I hope to get 2 or 3 years out of it before that happens.
